The fully equipped kitchen is a delight for gastronomy enthusiasts, featuring an oven, a microwave, an induction hob with integrated hood, two dishwashers, a Thermomix, a Staub cocotte, and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. Adjacent to it, the dining room can accommodate up to 10 guests, with a full range of tableware and accessories for unforgettable dinners. In addition to the comfort of the bedrooms, the villa offers toilets on each floor for added convenience, as well as a laundry room equipped with two washer/dryers, a sink, an iron, and an ironing board. Your safety is also taken care of with the presence of a fire extinguisher in the villa.
