Take in the sunset over the waves from the terrace of this newly renovated apartment. Comfortable and perfectly furnished, it has a neat decoration and flat screen TVs in each of the two bedrooms. In the context of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we are implementing additional health measures. With a surface area of 45 m2, the apartment was refurbished in 2018. I chose materials and furniture "as if it were for me": 2 bedrooms each with its own small bathroom, flat screen TV on the wall in each bedroom, living room with small terrace and beautiful sea view, kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer compartment, microwave and traditional oven, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso machine and everything you need to cook :-) The entire apartment and its terrace. Free parking space for the apartment. Just take the small path in front of the residence to access Trouville beach. Preserved from the crowds, the quiet neighborhood is nevertheless close to the city center. 15/20 minutes' walk from Trouville/Deauville train station If you come by car, a parking space is reserved for you in the residence. SHEETS AND TOWELS PROVIDED. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, ceramic hobs, a traditional oven and microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster for your breakfasts. WONDERFUL VIEW ON THE SEA

I rent an apartment of 55 m2 located in Trouville Sur Mer which consists of a living room opening onto a large balcony with sea view, a bedroom with twin beds that can be joined, a beautiful kitchen and a spacious bathroom. We are at the third floor with lift. It is located on the heights of Trouville at Cordier Park, a pleasant residence surrounded by green spaces and parking, about 7 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes from downtown with its pedestrian streets, its fish market and shops. From the station, you can get there by foot (about 15 to 20 minutes witch is the price to pay for a beautiful view!) Or taxi. Many excursions are possible in the area: Etretat, Honfleur and Cabourg. The hinterland and the Normandy countryside is also an opportunity to beautiful ballads!. I am delighted to share this place and you discover. The purchase price varies according to the season. We provide linen but not towels! The apartment does not have wifi.
