Lovely view beyond Trørød and all the way towards Høje Sandbjerg 5-6 kilometers away. A wonderful place for an extended weekend pampering or a slightly longer holiday close to Copenhagen.

You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Up to eight persons is possible (if the living room is included as bedroom). Grocery stores 200 meters away. 20 minutes drive to Copenhagen. Playstation and three large tv´s (up to 65”). In the garden you find a barbecue and a table with fire in the middle. Private parking for two cars is possible.

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Stranden er 5 min. gang væk, cafeer, supermarked og station er 1-2 min. gang væk. Skøn terrasse på østsiden til morgenkaffen, terrasse mod vest for aftensmaden med Weber gasgril. Der er trampolin i haven. De to plan gør det optimalt for en familie, og tv-stue kan lukkes af fra spisekøkken. Der er 3 gode soveværelser og badeværelse på 1. sal, stue, køkken og toilet i stueetage.

There is plenty of room for the whole group in this spacious and unique home. There is high ceilings and room for basketball outside and ping pong in the basement as well as close to the beach. Only 15 minutes to downtown Copenhagen. Newly built house with many delicious and practical details. There is the possibility of overnight accommodation for a lot more people, but we must agree on this in advance.
