Air-conditioned accommodation, independent on three sides, consisting of an entrance on a private terrace, a double bedroom with a large closet and a container bed, a kitchen and a living room with a leather sofa bed (a queen size bed) and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Both the living room and the bedroom overlook a large terrace with sea view, furnished with a table and chairs, for outdoor lunches and dinners. Surrounded by greenery, ideal for walks! Pets welcome! STAZZO ISOLA ROSSA OF GALLURA

It is an ancient and characteristic Stazzo well restored and made habitable, functional and equipped with every service (washing machine, hairdryer, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture, TV). The two outdoor spaces belonging to the house are very beautiful and enjoyable. The outdoor pergola with wisteria and breakfast table, kissed by the first morning sun, while on the opposite side, a sort of natural patio with stone flooring and some olive trees, shade the large space that can be used for lunch and dinner.

Characteristic Sardinian farmhouse finished with fine materials, equipped with all comforts. It enjoys a beautiful view of the lake of the smooth, large green space to spend days in the name of relaxation... ideal for those who practice fishing, sports such as canoeing... a few km away is the thousand-year-old olive tree S'OZASTRU DE SANTU BALTOLU. You can go hiking on the Limbara massif at 1360 meters. At 10 km we find Calangianus with its renowned and prestigious cork museum and the tombs of the giants.

Questa piccola moderna villa è circondata da grandi finestre che vi permetteranno di sentirvi totalmente immersi nella nautura. Il silenzio è totale e la privacy assoluta. Qui ritroverete la pace dei sensi. Gli ospiti avranno a disposizione la piscina ad uso esclusivo e un posto auto privato. Ci troviamo a poca distanza dalle spiagge più famose della Costa Smeralda, a circa 5 minuti di macchina da Porto Rotondo e 25 da Porto Cervo. L'aeroporto di Olbia dista 15 minuti. La posizione è ottima.

In prima fila sul mare, la villetta Granito gode di un’ottima posizione a pochi metri dal mare, ma anche dalla Piazzetta dove si trovano market, bar, ristoranti e negozietti. Il soggiorno suddiviso in due ambienti, una zona con il tavolo da pranzo ed una con il divano e la tv e cucina è completamente accessoriata e funzionale. La zona letto è composta da due camere matrimoniali ognuna con il proprio bagno. . All’esterno la villetta è immersa nel verde e gode di una magnifica vista mare.

The Villetta Matteo is our private accommodation on the Costa Paradiso (view of Corsica). It is a beautifully located vacation home, on a hillside 80 m above sea level with 180 degree sea views from the spacious sun deck, embedded in rocky surroundings and Mediterranean vegetation. It offers sea views from all rooms as well as direct access to the terraces. A shared pool with breathtaking views of the sea and a nearby sandy beach "Li Cossi" (15-minute walk) complete the stay.
