A rustic house in the Walser village on the sunny slope above the Rhine Valley in Chur. It is the starting point for a skiing vacation in the small and large areas of the region. Hikes from the house. By car, it is 15 minutes to Chur, the oldest city in Switzerland. The house has a fireplace, large flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and cozy living room. We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

The apartment includes a spacious master bedroom, a bedroom and living room with two single beds and sofa, a living room with TV station, a modern kitchen with access to the balcony.
