The house is located on the hill in a quiet place, at the end of the private access road, there is a horse farm nearby, in the area you will find a lot of walking paths, hiking, cycling routes in beautiful scenery. Languart is also a very good starting point for skiing in direction of Davos, Klosters, Arosa, Pizol, Flums, or Lichtenstein. In just 25 minutes by car we can get to the beautiful lake in Walenstadt We have Spa, casinos, golf club, Imax cinema, or climbing centre close by.
