In a quiet district of Mayen, just a few steps from a dream trail and the Maifeld bike path, cottage Chalet48 is located with a living area of 220 square meters and can accommodate up to 12 people. This holiday home was newly built in 2022 and is very stylish and high-quality. In Chalet48, a spacious living room with a wonderful ambience will seduce you. The kitchen is fully equipped and in the lounge area there is a pool table and wellness area with sauna.

Centrally located in the quiet district of Mayen, the cottage invites you to relax, hike and enjoy. Couples, business travelers as well as families, are in good hands. Wonderful hiking and biking trails (bicycle shelter available) are within walking distance, shopping and restaurants in 2 km, as well as the Tollipark for children. The legendary Nürburgring is 30 minutes away. In summer, the Burgfestspiele greet the Lukasmarkt in the fall.

"Else's Stübchen" is a newly created small apartment for a cozy overnight stay. On approx. 20 square meters there is a bathroom with shower and a room with a double bed, closets and a small seating area. A fridge and dishes are included as well as a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker. For your information: There is still a little construction site romance on the rest of the building. Sights such as Laacher See, Elz Castle, the Moselle are not far away. The Eifel/Mosel bike path is about 3 km away. We do not allow pets and smoking! The house is for all ages . You will stay centrally located in the Mülheim district. In the immediate vicinity, you will find one of the best restaurants in the region, Restaurant Linde. Just 100 meters away is a small but nice bakery. A few steps further is a nice ice cream shop. In a few minutes by bike you can reach the Rhine with great bike paths towards Koblenz or Andernach.
