Typical house of the region, located 650 m from the beach of Bonne Source, and 1.5 km from the market place, 3 km from the train station, you will have all shops nearby ( less than 5 minutes walk: bakery, supermarket, tobacco, organic store,...). The house consists of a living room with fireplace and staircase that leads to the two bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen overlooking a small terrace and small garden sheltered from the wind, bathroom and separate toilet. Functional house and pleasant to live in.

La Cana Casa – A wild setting with sea views

The pretty "Canadienne", very comfortable, is on the front line facing south towards the ocean. It is a wild and quiet place by the sea, on a plot of 2200 m2 planted with hundred-year-old pines overlooking the sea between Sainte-Marguerite-de-Pornichet and the village of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule and Saint-Nazaire 10 minutes away). Whether in the living room, kitchen, shower or at the bottom of your bed, you will see the sea! A private staircase will take you to a pretty cove with very few people.

Deux logements disponibles, l'un pour 4 personnes et l'autre pour 3 personnes. Pour votre tranquillité et votre confort, si vous louez l'un des deux, l'autre ne sera pas occupé. Mon logement est au calme en pleine nature auprès de chevaux, jolie vue sur le soleil couchant. SAUNA : Espace privatisé sur réservation 25 euros pour 2 personnes. à 5 min. de la Roche Bernard, petit port touristique. Plages à 20 min. proche de la Brière, le golf du Morbihan, la côte de jade. Rénové de façon originale.

In the heart of the 30-hectare "Terres Alezanes" equestrian estate, surrounded by nature and close to Nantes/La Baule/Saint Nazaire, 35 minutes away. A charming cottage with a bohemian chic vibe, original architecture, refined aesthetics and an authentic atmosphere – this house has great potential. Equestrian centre and ceramic shop-workshop on site, introductory class bookings, parent-child workshop, just ask us :) Ceramics for sale in the shop. Lots of bike paths nearby!

We offer a bright one-story villa with a spa bath (bathroom) and sunny garden. The beaches, the wild coast, the supermarket, the harbor with shops and restaurants are within walking distance in 5 to 10 minutes. The wooden terrace is equipped with sun loungers, umbrella, teak table. The garden with fruit trees is completely enclosed and not overlooked. The lapping of the water in the goldfish pond contributes to the serenity of the garden. Beds are made upon arrival.

From the 11th and top floor, the apartment has stunning views: of the estuary on one side with the most beautiful sunsets, and views of the port of Saint-Nazaire and its unique atmosphere on the other (and the most beautiful sunrises). The apartment is bathed in light throughout the day, it is a real haven of peace. It is located near shops, the Place du Commando with its bars and cafes, and the beach is at the foot of the building. It is perfectly equipped.
