In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

The house is located in La Clère (Noirmoutier), 300 m from the beach. Built in 2017, it is part of a family property on a large, very sunny and quiet landscaped plot. It is fully equipped to accommodate you. Capacity: 4 people maximum A small house (3 people) can be rented in addition to accommodate the largest families up to 7 people in total in the 2 houses.
