Holiday rentals with a balcony in Tribunj

Such a lovely place to stay while in split. Our only regret is we didn’t have more time to enjoy the incredible space. Karla’s husband met us at a nearby parking lot, and even saved us a spot! Our biggest fear was finding a place to park our rental car, and they helped us out so much. The home feels like it was just renovated, and is so beautifully decorated. Well working ac units in each room. Our favorite was the private garden. The best part was all the ripe fruit we were encouraged to eat. Karla really has a gem of a home, and I feel so lucky our group was able to stay in such a fabulous home.

I can’t say enough positive things about our stay. The space was great for our family of 6 adults. The location was an easy walk to the center of Split. Our host, Žarko was incredible! He was great with recommendations and extremely responsive. We would love to return in the summer!

Had an amazing stay, so beautiful, the surroundings were incredible! Access to the sea, paddle boards, jacuzzi and the pool were amazing, and exactly as described. This was such an idyllic find, and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The host was very friendly, and allowed us to leave check-in early, which was perfect. The coffee machine and all amenities inside the apartment was also a lovely touch! Thank you so much :)

The host was very helpful and kind. The location of the apartment was perfect for us, it is very good that the accommodation has its own protected parking space. The neighborhood is quiet and calm, we had a great time. The accommodation agency is cumbersome to communicate and we've received conflicting information. On the information sheet, more information was misrepresented: check-in between 16-18, but as it turns out, we could have gone from 2pm. According to the information sheet, the listing doesn't have a hair dryer and towels, but there were both.

The place was very nice and clean. It was all as described, and looked just like the photos. Kitchen was fully equipped, and there were fresh towels for everyone. Communication was a bit difficult as the owner didn't really speak English or German, but he was really very friendly and accommodating. The beach was within walking distance, only to the old town where the restaurants, bars and the bakery are located, the walk takes about 20 to 30 minutes. It's best to have bikes or the like with you.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The apartment was very clean, despite several parties you always had your peace by the pool. The hostess was very helpful and always available. The value for money was therefore very good. I would come back any time!

Very nice house. Fantastic view of the water. Everything you need. Only the communication with the key holder/owner was unfortunately bad. Nothing was informed. Only after inquiry. Unfortunately, WiFi was also very poor. You would only have it inside the house. However, I do not stay in the house in the summer vacation but in the terrace and as soon as the door was closed was wiped away.

We had a pleasant stay at this accommodation! The location was excellent—clean, organized, and spacious. It's conveniently close to the sea, perfect for renting boats and swimming, and it's also situated near the airport, with easy access to both Split and Zadar. However, there were a few minor issues. For a 5-day stay, there was not enough toilet paper provided, and we also didn't have any coffee, which was a small inconvenience. Additionally, we had to deposit €120, which felt like extra work during our trip. Overall, though, it was a good experience with a fantastic location, and we'd recommend it to others.
