Beautiful 95 sqm apartment in the center of the village, 20 meters from Lake Bracciano and a stone's throw from the historic center and the municipal square, the distance to Rome is only 45 minutes by car. Surrounded by restaurants, pizzerias, bars and a supermarket. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and two large balconies, one overlooking the lake and the other towards the historic center and the ruins of the Rocca Orsini. It's on the third floor of the building and enjoys a breathtaking view.
