Country cottage "Gîte la Verdure"

Beautiful fully renovated outbuilding, of an old 19th century farmhouse. The cottage is located 15 minutes from the landing beaches, 20 minutes from Bayeux and 1.5 hours from Mont Saint Michel. Great for families or groups of friends. You will appreciate the quietness of the countryside in contact with our animals, goats, peacocks, chickens, geese, donkey... and the comfort of the accommodation. It is equipped with a beautiful games room with enough to keep your children busy but also a foosball table, a dart game...

Farmhouse quick easy access to the D-Day beaches

This is not a luxury home but comfortable. There are 2 ensuite bathrooms and another bathroom accessible to all on the second floor. All 3 bathrooms have shower stalls with no bath tub. One will find an additional restroom with toilet and sink on the ground floor. Kitchen is small, situated on a corner with large windows facing 2 directions where one can look out to left at a small court yard, with a large round table, available to guests and to the right a large public access court yard.

The Célysse farmhouse is a typical Bessin farmhouse dating from 1820. It consists of a large room, living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. The floor has 4 bedrooms. Outside there is a courtyard and a 1500 m2 garden with terrace and pond. It is located near Trévières (all shops), 9 km from the landing beaches (Omaha Beach) and 12 km from Bayeux (Tapestry, cathedral...) Bed linen and towels are provided.

We offer a renovated gîte (June 2019) in a typical farmhouse of the region, 10 minutes from the Omaha Beach landing beaches. We will be happy to host you in a green setting between land and sea, 2 km from all amenities (in Trévières). You can visit our organic farm, discuss the many sites to discover. Need extra beds, we have two other cottages with a capacity of 12 and 4 people.
