Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Trevi

We stayed here for a long weekend in May The environment and location are beautiful, in the green Umbrian hills and away from traffic and noise. We had some difficulty finding access but Bianca gave us phone support. The house has everything you need for your stay. I suggest bringing some food supplies because the house is a little far from the town center, about 2 km, but there is a bakery that can also be reached on foot, although not very close

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

very nice house, with large garden, well cared for. the location is very convenient to get around the region. You can get to Assisi in 10 minutes, 20 in Perugia and Spello, 40 in Gubbio. the only note to consider is that there is only one shower in the house, so for 5 guests it may not be very comfortable. There were 3 of us and everything was fine.

Daiana helped us out with a last minute booking and was extremely responsive throughout the process!

Lovely historical city within walking distance and plenty of outside space for the small ones to go on adventure. The communication was smooth, friendly and professional. We will come back for sure😊

We stayed in this wonderful apartment and were enchanted . The warm and well-maintained atmosphere, brick arch ceilings, an ancient fireplace with a pot overlooking scents of anise and pine that create an almost fairytale atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is not missing anything : tea, coffee, water in a lovely corner. Details like fresh flowers on the table, a blanket next to the couch in a basket made us feel pampered . The bedroom and bathroom, in shabby chic style, are a haven of elegance and comfort with attention to detail : spacious shower towels ,hot plate, hairdryer and soaps . In the morning, a sweet sound of the bell tower woke us up an almost unreal experience for those like us who are accustomed to the chaos of the city. A special thank you to Catia, a very kind and helpful owner, allowed us to stay a little longer than the scheduled checkout. A highly recommended stay.

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. Beautiful place, beautiful view and fast responses

This was a wonderful comfortable home to base ourselves for the week whilst we explored Cortona and beyond. It was everything we could have hoped for. Very peaceful with amazing views.

The apartment is exactly as described in the listing: clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby shops and tourist resorts. the garden is beautiful and equipped with a barbecue area and the view is open to the valley. Daniela was extremely kind and helpful, responding quickly to all my questions. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. I look forward to returning, perhaps in the summer.

We had a pleasant stay with the family despite the rain. Simone booked us the covered tennis class, the restaurant, and even arranged for us in record time the repair of our car. The house is splendid, breathtaking view, the amenities are very comfortable.

My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

We did not see Claudia in person but we met Stefano (father-in-law) very kind always ready for any request, fantastic cottage ground floor with patio with grill and inside with fireplace with plenty of firewood, everything in order and cleanliness even utensils and linen !!! I highly recommend this place

Janet and Nicholas are exceptional hosts :) responsive and very kind, it was a pleasure to communicate with both of them. I must also add their property management company is fantastic, we had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely gentlemen. Top service from everyone. Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

Renato was very helpful, his very spacious accommodation is well located and in a very quiet area. Great for groups or even large families!

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.
