Close to a railway station only 10min away, ideal for Penryn University, a 2 minute ride takes you into Falmouth Town. Outward trains can take you to Penryn, & Truro. Buses also available at the end of the road for services into Falmouth Town. Swanpool Beach is only a 15 minutes through a wooded river walk.
