Built sometime in 1800 on the edge of the small village of Vieux-Viel in Brittany, this wonderful old schoolhouse stands in a large garden, surrounded by nature in the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel / Emerald Coast. Lovingly renovated and modernised, environment friendly and contemporary. The house offers a special living experience. The house is certified by "Gîtes de France", our guests will find relaxation and peace here with a special charm and lush nature.

We're excited to share our charming outbuilding with you. Recently renovated, each space has been thoughtfully arranged to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Located 4 km from the village with its shops (grocery store-pizzeria-bakery-bar-hairdresser-tattoo artist) and the Bourbansais Zoo -10 min from Cobac-Parc -30 min from Saint-Malo and Rennes - 20 min to Dinan -45 min from Mont-Saint-Michel The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed.

Maison

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located 200 m from the Ille-et-Rance Canal, it gives access to many other paths in the forest in particular. Well-equipped accommodation for babies (crib, changing table, bathtub, potty, toilet seat reducer, step stool). The outside is not yet furnished but still allows you to eat outside. 45 minutes from Saint-Malo, 30 minutes from Rennes, 1 hour from Mont-Saint-Michel, 20 minutes from Dinan...

Night/stay on the Ille-et-Rance canal, aboard a Dutch boat. 2 adults or 1 adult/1 child from 7 years old Between Rennes, Saint Malo / Dinan / Mt-St-Michel. Great location for running, cycling, walking, fishing or canoeing (rental right next door). Shops and restaurants in the village. Warning: – Access to the boat can be difficult for people with limited mobility. _HEIGHT UNDER BARROT in the shower 1.65 m (sink in the rear cabin)
