Haven of peace in property of 4 hectares of garden, woods with river. We live there in another home,we would be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood stove for those who want. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age as a safety measure ( river).

Our recently fully renovated cottage is set in the middle of a large garden on the edge of the pretty village of Montigny sur Loing. A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare Fontainebleau forest famous for its boulders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.

This independent studio will allow you to enjoy a quiet and bucolic place by the water. Nature lovers, you can enjoy the charm of walks along the Loing. You'll love the place because of its calm, its layout, and the serenity that emerges from it; it's a place that I find relaxing where the living is good. As a reminder: - We don't want animals in the apartment, except canaries! - We don't provide bath towels.
