We had a great time at this place in a great location, with simply beautiful views! The sunsets were awesome. The accommodation is very well equipped, comfortable and perfectly suited to feel at home. A big thank you to Isabella for her warm welcome and valuable advice throughout the stay.

Lovely place and host !

We had a lovely time in your apartment. The amenities were very good, dishwasher, stove with oven, modern furniture. The apartment is quietly located near the beach, with a small garden. A good starting point for things to do in the surrounding area.

As soon as you entered, the feeling was that you felt at home. Spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. Francesca was also very nice leaving us a fantastic and plentiful breakfast. Also recommended for the location.

This was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful and private with beautiful views. Lots of wonderful villages to visit and explore within a 30 minute drive. Norma made some great reservations for our anniversary dinner as well as a couple of great wine tours. She also gave us recommendations of which villages were best to visit and what to do there. We highly recommend doing the cooking lessons with her family. They are such a nice family and were very eager to show us how to cook a traditional Tuscan meal. Grandma really is an amazing cook. They even sat with us as a family to share what we had cooked. We have been to many AirBnB’s and Norma has been our best host by far. We would go back the next time we visit Tuscany. Dave and Liz

A dream come true, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy where peace ,tranquility and simplicity reign. Borgo di Quota 10 minutes from the village Poppi along a well-maintained bending road accessible to everyone,among other things in the village of Poppi you can find all the services possible. A special mention to Host Claudia , a wonderful person as well as the apartment. But I think words are not enough for a place so you have to live it,and I add that you eat really well in the area. Forgotten in Quota you will also find a very well-stocked shop run by special people.

Filippo and Theresa were so sweet and accommodating. We had some travel delays and they went out of their way to accommodate. The house and land around it is spectacular. We were able to take lots of photos for senior pictures for our daughter and landscape photos. Overall it’s a beautiful place

A beautiful Bijou in the hills of Tuscany. Decorated with love and sense of aesthetics. Beautiful decor details and dishes. It smelled very fine in the Hus. We were totally surprised, it was even nicer than in the photos, I almost had the tears when I saw it. Dear Simone, you made a beautiful spot even more beautiful, bravo! I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

A fantastic time. We were very satisfied with our 2 toddlers. The apartment looked much better than in the photos. Sparkling clean and well equiped kitchen. We had the most fun by the pool, beautiful views, and super quiet. Only 45 min. from Pisa Tower. The hostess was very nice and helpful. Will definitely visit again.

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!

Sabrina and her family were very accommodating and amazing host! The whole stay was superb In every way and my whole family as well as myself noted it couldn’t have been a better experience. From the amazing home cooked breakfast, to the cleanliness of the house, and the well thought out and led cooking class/dinner we enjoyed every aspect. Sabrina was very welcoming and made you feel like family :) I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful farm style stay that wants to experience Tuscany.

We had an excellent time staying at this family home with an amazing view of Torrita di Siena. Great access to many popular hill towns (Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, etc). The house and property are beautiful, very private and populated with song birds and olive trees. The hosts are charming and very welcoming. They provided us with all the recommendations we needed and were readily available whenever we wanted to communicate with them. The house is well appointed and has multiple ways to cook from gas range to pizza oven and wood fired grill. I really liked using the giant pinecones as fire starter. We would definitely return and hope to. Such a precious slice of paradise.

The accommodation is a small paradise of tranquility. No noise pollution. Wonderful view. Careful environment and a beautiful pool where you can relax and cool off. Antonella and her family are exquisite, kind, and extremely discreet people. strategic location to visit both the villages of Lake Trasimeno and to visit Perugia, Assisi and many other places. The nearby village is enchanting and you can shop for local products. For a more complex shopping just reach the lake village (Passignano) and you can find coop and Conad. the only thing that should be considered is that the area is totally devoid of a mobile network. The house is equipped with wifi, but as soon as you leave the house, even just to go to the pool, you have no way to access the network. For those like us who wanted to disconnect from everything, it was a no problem. If instead you needed to work or be available, it should be considered. overall for us it was a beautiful week of relaxation. It's worth it.

Valeria is always kind and available. Arriving with bicycles was super flexible on check-in time and made us fix the bikes in the house without any problem. Clean and comfortable apartment and just outside the walls of Pienza, therefore foreign to the tourist hustle and bustle. I recommend it

We had an amazing stay. The pictures do not do this place justice. The view was amazing. The place was spacious and stocked up with everything you would need. There was fresh fruit, breakfast items, and coffee enough for the whole stay and more. I forgot my charger converter and Leonardo brought us one so we never lost power. 10/10

⸻ Perfect stay! The house is really super tidy, with attention to detail, small but with everything you need: comfortable, cozy and with all the comforts. They also made us find a breakfast kit that was a very welcome surprise! The hosts were exceptional: super attentive, helpful, and kind. They guided us step by step on how to access the house. At the end of the stay we left the keys to the father, a really exquisite and friendly person, he made us feel at home. A very positive experience, highly recommended! We would definitely come back.

Beautiful place between Cecina and Volterra to stay in complete tranquility and relaxation in the Tuscan hills, panora and fantastic sunset. Convenient to visit medieval villages and not far from the famous Etruscan coast and for those who love cities you can reach Pisa and Siena. Fausto is a fantastic host, accurate and very helpful, but not intrusive, he gave us directions to places to visit, typical beaches and also very nice restaurants nearby. Our stay was pleasant and relaxing what we wanted was to stay away from the confusion and daily stress, if this is what you are looking for here you can find it... you will only hear the "noise" of cicadas.

Very friendly host, he gave us a tour and showed us how to operate things. The apartment is on the second floor (one large staircase, no elevator) and was very roomy. The host made us breakfast in the morning and was helpful in giving us travel tips for visiting sites in Florence.
