We really enjoyed this place. It exceeded our expectations. It was close to the old town. Pros Shower was excellent. It had Kleenex which was unusual in Italy. It was efficient use of space. Towels/bath sheets were very soft and nice. For an efficiency it had plenty of room for two. Bed was very comfortable. Cons It did not have a comforter..only a blanket. It is close to restaurants and had issue with flies. (Need a fly swatter). Parking—it is VERY limited and plan on paying for it.

Our family had a fantastic time at Paolo's podere. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for a family of 4; the backyard and pool area were fantastic for relaxing, and we barbecued multiple times during our stay. Would definitely return and recommend!

Such a beautiful, peaceful place to spend a few days! It was central to many tours and activities, great for exploring! Luca was a wonderful host and ensured we were happy and had everything we needed. The restaurant was great! I can’t think of anything that would have made our stay better! Completely exceeded our expectations!

We had a fantastic stay in Lucignano. The place was beautiful and very comfortable — everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Giacomo was an incredibly thoughtful and attentive host, and communication throughout was excellent. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is stunning — a beautiful town nestled in the Tuscan hills, and a great central spot for exploring the region. Parking was very easy to find and extremely convenient. The flat was well stocked, and it was a real bonus to have air conditioning in the summer heat. The TV was nice and big, which was great for relaxing in the evenings. All in all, a brilliant stay — highly recommend!! 😊

This place is such a gem! The hosts work hard to make sure your stay is very comfortable. Someone is at reception most of the time to answer questions or help with recommendations! The room we stayed in (Olivo) was perfect. It had a small kitchen with beautiful views and the nature of the building is "Tuscany Picture Perfect" You definitely need a vehicle to Get around unless you plan on taking a taxi and staying at the location (which is very doable since they have a restaurant and serve you breakfast every morning) The pool is beautiful with picture perfect hills of Tuscany while you swim! They have a small playground and a large yard with tables where you can sip wine or have a picnic! The bed was very comfortable and our stay here was very relaxing! The restaurant had such an amazing food as well! 10/10 would recommend!

Property is amazing, host so friendly and helpful… Honestly we spent very little time on the property as we were exploring so much of Tuscany during our stay with the lovely location as our home base. But it was so beautiful to wake to every day and come “home” to late every evening :) During our 6 days, we explored Florence, hung out in Siena, hiked Chianti trails, visiting all over from Monteriggioni to San Gimignano to Volterra… and throughout Val d’Orcia from Montepulciano to Pienza , Pitigliano to Serano… and north to Lucca & Pisa. Just wonderful location :) Thank you so much!

Our stay at daphnes apartment was so lovely! Monica and her husband were so friendly and quick to help us make reservations to some local restaurants. The atmosphere around the place is so peaceful and beautiful! The views are stunning. The pool was very clean and we enjoyed a dip after a warm day. We also found the local grocery store to be very reasonably priced with many options. There is also a local bar/ coffee spot that we went to almost daily for a delicious cappuccino and croissant or a nice aperol spritz cocktail in the afternoon. Daphnes place is truly a hidden gem, and we hope to get back there again as we loved the location and were able to easily do day trips to all the best towns nearby. Tuscany is a region of Italy that is absolutely beautiful and a must see when you are in Italy.

Beautiful one of a kind Airbnb in the heart of Prato. I highly recommend you rent this place, you can easily get to Florence in 25 mins by train, and discover the hidden gem that Prato is.

A beautiful apartment with stunning views. Easy access to many beautiful places to visit such as San Gimignano, Florence and Sienna. The apartment was clean and comfortable with amenities as listed. The views from the communal terrace were stunning and there was plenty of space to sit without being on top of other guests. We would highly recommend.

The place is great, the whole apartment is large, with all the home elements and even a washing machine.6 mins walk to the cathedral, parking lot is also close, recommended to stay.

Perfectly located vintage decorated home within walking distance of historic center of Siena. We spent a month here and used her place as a center base to discover Tuscany. Close to shopping and restaurants. WiFi is excellent as my husband worked remotely for a few days a week. Kitchenette and washing machine were a big help as we cooked a few nights staying in. Mattress is very comfy and the apartment is very quiet. Church bells rang daily and drummers in the contrade practice for parades and Palio. Experience Medieval Siena here. We were very comfortable in Grazia’s place. Nice to have a 1/2 bath on main level, as bedroom and bathroom with shower is on the upper level. Grazia provides everything you could possibly want and has excellent suggestions for places to eat and sights to visit. She was indispensable helping us always responding within minutes if we had a question or needed help. Perfect place for the Tuscan vacation! Grazia is a wonderful and caring host!

A super nice place to stay. The way there is a bit adventurous and not recommended for low-riding vehicles, but otherwise quite doable if you drive slowly. But it is also totally quiet there. The cottage is nicely furnished. Everything important was available and Alessandro even greeted us with a bottle of wine. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. The squeaky gas boiler and the fact that the water temperature in the shower fluctuated quite a bit are a bit annoying. Maybe it can still be repaired. But that's already whining at a high level. All in all, a great accommodation with a very nice and accommodating host.

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Riccardo’s apartment in Siena. You cannot beat the location - it’s perfectly situated in the center of everything and made a great home base to explore Siena and the surrounding area. The apartment is beautifully designed and very clean. Riccardo was beyond helpful with local recommendations and helped us secure dinner reservations. Highly recommended when staying centrally in Siena.

Lovely stay in this rural location. Comfortable, scenic, friendly hosts! Nice pool!! Clean and everything we needed! Massimo made us feel as comfortable as possible down to the details!! We loved Iris the dog too (and we think she loved us!) Recommend the meal which helped make my wife’s birthday very special.

Everything was perfect. The calm of the place, the cleanliness of the place, the comfort of the room, the beauty of the surrounding nature, the swimming pool, the many small villages and restaurant accessible by car quickly, and above all the incredible kindness of our hosts. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming place in the heart of Tuscany. Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. And all their local recommendations and reservations made our trip in Tuscany much nicer. Can't wait to come back again 👌

Amazing place, staff provides great service whenever needed

We had an amazing time at Alberto & Laura's. The place was quiet, spacious, exactly like in the pictures. On arrival we were welcomed by our hosts and got some great recommendations on what to do in the area. They even shared some homemade food with us, which was so good and thoughtful. Also, the swimming pool and outside space we could use was amazing and private. Would definitely go back again, 10/10!

Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

We loved our stay here . The pool is amazing ! Great to cool off at the end of a hot day after touring . Aircon in all rooms is a treat ! Simone was excellent communicator ! Singaluna is the town nearby with great spots to eat and drink . Great location for touring Tuscany yet away from all the tourists ! 🤣
