A hidden gem in the heart of rural Brittany located down a country lane. You step into an open plan kitchen/lounge which has a pine table and 4 chairs. In the lounge theres a coffee table, 2 stylish brown leather chesterfield sofas and a wall mounted smart tv with Netflix. In the sun room theres a log burner with 2 single chairs. A downstairs toilet/washing machine are in the utility. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms which have super king beds, deep mattresses finished off with 9cm feather toppers.

You will discover its magnificent monumental fireplace and you will fall in love with this authentic building, steeped in history with all modern comforts in the heart of a beautiful 3-hectare park with its pond just a 15-minute walk from the historic center or 3 minutes by free bus.

The gîte is in the heart of a small hamlet with very friendly neighbors. It is a great place to recharge. Uncle Edmond's gîte has been renovated with self-construction with great care given to the materials. Less than 5 km from the largest tourist sites of Brocéliande: Arbre d'Or, Val sans Retour, Fontaine de Barenton...

The mill is a totally unique and preserved place in Brocéliande! Book your private and independent apartment in the middle of the mysterious forest of Brocéliande. Completely refurbished with all the upscale amenities, you are a 5-minute walk from Merlin's Tomb and you have a view of the Fountain of Youth. This is a tourist region with multiple activities according to your taste.

"The Nest that Nourishes" In the heart of the bike-rail city, this cottage is ideal for a couple, but can accommodate 3 or 4 people. This rate includes a double bed set. Count €10 for another set. Upstairs, a large bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, a shower room and toilet. Senseo coffee maker. Access to a large wooded garden. Direct parking. Nearby: Dinan, Dinard, Brocéliande. Cleaning is not included. If applicable, we charge €40.

Time to relax

Take a break and relax in this place. By a pond, surrounded by nature, it is a place conducive to rest. This cozy nest of 12 m2 is equipped with a gas stove, a 190 x 140 BZ bed, a kerosene stove and chemical toilet. It is illuminated by battery-operated spotlights. I offer breakfast at an extra cost, it will be left at the foot of the gate (6 euros per person). In the cabin there is no running water or electricity. No pets, no tobacco.

Quiet green cottage

Quiet and green cottage with its 20 m2 garden, including a private petanque court. 15 min from the megaliths of Lampouys, 23 min from Dinan, 30 min from the forest of Brocéliande, 40 min from the sandy beaches, a central location to visit all the diversity of Brittany. 1 bedroom (sleeps 2 adults + 1 extra mattress) This is an outbuilding on the owner's property. Quiet is guaranteed and sometimes deer are in the garden at dawn or dusk.

In Bretagne, enjoy the idyllic scenery around our cottage, far away from hectic and stress. Annex of a typical Breton farmhouse built in 1721 and fully restored and tastefully renovated in 2018. The cottage has its own small fenced garden among the fields and countryside of Mégrit. Bordering the small village of character "Jugon Les Lacs", it promises you a total change of scenery.
