Fairhaven on Newlyn Harbour

LeilahRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We absolutely loved our stay at Alicia’s Air B&B in Newlyn. The whole house was beautifully presented and had everything we could have ever asked for available to us. We are a family of 4 and have a 15 year old and a 5 year old, and both their needs were also well catered for. The view across to Newlyn Harbour and the sea beyond from the lounge area was beautiful. We were very surprised at how peaceful it was, especially as Newlyn is an active harbour. It was a short walk into town where there was a bakery, chemist, multiple pubs, a butchers and a local coop. So we couldn’t have asked for a better location. There seemed to be a regular bus service into Penzance and Mousehole at the bottom of the road. We took a few trips around nearby beaches and sights of Cornwall and loved every minute of the beautiful scenery, with locations such as St Ives, Penzance, st Michael’s mount and Lands end being a few of the trips we made. All were fantastic experiences.

Spacious 5 bedroom vintage home in the countryside

KrishRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Wonderful place to stay to explore Cornwall and have a lovely family holiday. The house is perfect for a family with young children, with a beautiful garden, and lots of activities and games. It was clearly a well-loved family home. It is ideally placed to explore Penzance, Land's End, and St Ives, and anywhere else around. Would absolutely come back here again with family and friends.

Curlews

We feel very fortunate and lucky for finding this lovely cottage. Lynda and Shaun are really kind and genuine. We stayed for a week and the cottage felt like a home away from home from the start. On entry the cottage was pristine and immaculately presented. The woodburner was just perfect for curbing a slight chill in the evening! Highly recommended, we would definitely come back - thank you Lynda and Shaun!

Woodland Cabin, Grumbla Cornwall

Loved our mini break here. Sitting on the porch listening to the birds in the beautiful garden was just so peaceful. The secure garden was perfect for the dog to have space to explore too. The cabin is clean and well equipped and the space is well thought out. Close to lots of nearby attractions and beaches.

Eco-friendly Cornish sanctuary

KatarinaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a fantastic time in Paul's place. It had everything we needed and were surrounded by beautiful nature. It was hard to believe we were so close to all of the local beauty spots that we wanted to visit and in the school holidays. It felt so peaceful and remote. A true sanctuary. We also really appreciated the quality of finishes and items provided. The natural cleaning products were very effective and a delight to use. Every detail was clearly very well thought through. We hope to be back someday.
