Everything in there is done to a high standard and just feels good. Bourges itself is a fascinating place. Chyistelle is a great HOST who we thank for introducing us to local products and tips within walking distance of the studio. The washing machine is in the 1st floor bathroom and the dryer is in the cellar where the door to access is when entering the studio. There is a citrus press and a tea ball. Just opened next door to the restaurant GODEFROY le bouillon at the Maison de la culture with its free parking of 500 spaces. Great location close to buses and shuttles which are free.

Excellent stay at Annelise's. The house is spacious, ideally located for a long walk in the vineyards just behind and to discover the wines of the Coteaux du Giennois, Menetou-Salon but especially Sancerre with many winemakers within walking distance or in 2-3 min by car (useful to transport crates full of bottles)

We only had one night there but it was great. We were able to have a great time with friends, we were all happy with the stay. It's spacious, tidy and the services offered were well available during our stay. Jerome is super available via messages and very welcoming.

Mickael was always very responsive to all our requests, despite our impromptu changes in booking dates!😊he always made sure to do us a favor!, a big thank you for everything! we keep your address for a return home with pleasure if we have a construction site in your area!

Great apartment very well thought out, full of small everyday things available (several coffee machines, toaster, wine glasses, microwave, two bathrooms, hair dryer. The apartment is spacious, close to Auxerre, free parking in front. A small shop and a pharmacy 1m away. One of the best bakery I've ever known. And Denis is full of small touches, we were able to access faster than expected, the communications are quick and very friendly. In short, we loved it, it was our second time and still perfect! ☺️

Very quiet, clean accommodation

Nice place to stay that meets our expectations , self check-in and the place is secure. 50 meters from the city center. Very efficient and cordial email exchanges. For reasons we don't know, we've had access to a superior game home. 🙏🙏🙏 We really enjoyed this sales note. No problem parking, and the large parking lot is really a 2 minute walk to the property. everything is almost new, clean and reassuringly hygienic. Go with confidence.

ideal location in Bourges city center. parking (with parkmetre) is a 1min walk. Several shops and restaurants nearby. The only "negative" point of our stay is the very cold temperature in the living room despite the heating activation. Cover yourself well if you come in winter
