Our small eco-friendly guest house Le Jardin de Martin in Plérin in the Côtes d'Armor, wedged between garden and horses, is a 5-minute walk from Martin beach and the GR34 and close to bike paths. Designed as a tiny house, with south-facing bay windows overlooking the garden, furnished in a Zen and vintage spirit, it is an atypical, warm, semi-passive place, isolated from the waves with private wifi. Serge and Barbara welcome you to their renovated and fully equipped guesthouse, situated in a tranquil location but just a short walk from the village shops, very close to the GR34 hiking path, the beach and the cliffs of Plouha and within easy reach of the ports and beaches of the Goëlo coast. Your pets are also welcome. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings made on behalf of a third party: the person who makes the booking must be part of the group being hosted.

This cottage has lots of charm and is furnished with care. Great for couples with 1 child. On the ground floor is the living-dining area, an equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, Senseo coffee machine) as well as the bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, an open bedroom that offers a warm atmosphere. We have 2 beds, the first 160*200cm and the second 90*190cm. welcome kit Bed sheet and towels are available at an extra cost.

The hiking trails (GR34, TroBreizh, or Véloroute...), the sea and its pebble beach are minutes away via a small forest trail located at the foot of our property. Committed to an eco-responsible and zero-waste approach within our family, we apply this same philosophy of life within the cottage.

Vous disposerez d'une extension de 25 m2 avec terrasse donnant sur la piscine chauffée et une cuisine d’été de 10 m2. Un local fermé vous permettra de ranger vos vélos. L'ensemble se situe dans une rue calme d'un hameau de Binic tranquille et sympa, à 2 km des plages, des commerces et des restaurants. Le logement n’est pas adapté aux enfants en bas âge et aux bébés.
