This stylish house in the heart of the charming village of Lechiagat in Guilvinec was completely renovated with taste in early 2023. You are here at the foot (40m) of the beautiful beaches . Scandinavian-inspired, the decoration is neat and the house is furnished with top-of-the-range equipment including quality bedding. The large living room is bright and consists of an open kitchen as well as a lounge area and its fireplace. On the ground floor experience a private Nordic sauna!

Typical and charming renovated Breton fisherman's house, quiet in a cul-de-sac. It is ideally located, close to the beach (250 m), shops and port (100 m). Life inside/outside this house is highly appreciated thanks to its enclosed garden, terrace and the green wall that surrounds it. It has a south-facing terrace where you can spend your summer evenings around the barbecue or other nice relaxing moment. Put down your suitcases and your car, and do everything on foot or by bike.

Idéalement située: La mer est littéralement au bout de la rue! Proximité immédiate du petit port de pêche de Lechiagat. Cette maison à la décoration soignée offre un espace chaleureux et confortable pour des vacances inoubliables en bord de mer. Vélos à disposition (ils ne sont pas tout neuf): Pour explorer les environs en toute liberté (2 vélos adulte, 1 siège bébé).
