Perhaps the best AirBnB I ever stayed in. The host was very helpful and responsive. The house was well equipped with everything that travelers may possibly need. They even kept baby safety plugs, just in case. Furthermore, they created Netflix profiles in our names to make us feel right at home. How thoughtful and incredible is that? There were chocolates, cookies, drinkable cold water, a wine bottle, coffee/ tea bags and more, a fully equipped kitchen. The check-in and check-out was very smooth. The location is perfect, right next to the Rimini train station. Good connectivity to all nearby areas. Suitable for upto 6 people. Highly recommended. Thanks a lot Davide and his awesome team. We needed a place for one night and we ran into this apartment. In the conversations prior to the day of check-in in Valentina, she was available, polite, and proactive. Upon arrival, we are greeted by the mother Manuela who welcomed us in an extremely nice and exhaustive way. It made us feel right at home. The apartment is large (even more than we needed) and includes every comfort. A small detail that I really liked was the hand-built boats. Very very nice. Overall, definitely also recommended for the location because I discovered that umbertide is really a nice country. Thanks Valentina and Manuela

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. We had a great vacation in this apartment. The modern and functional decor, combined with impeccable cleanliness, made us feel right at home. The location is strategic: the sea is just a few steps away and restaurants, shops and everything you need are easily found. The owner was very welcoming and gave us great tips on places to visit. La Terrazza del Conero was fantastic, the view was breathtaking. Inside it was cozy and practically furnished. Christian's wife was fluent in English, which was easy for communication. We did nice getaways. We would highly recommend this place. Regards Nicole

The property is located in a beautiful setting, with wonderful views across the Umbrian countryside. Despite being a short drive from Umbertide, it feels rural and is a great place to relax in nature. The host’s directions meant it was easy to find. The house benefits from a fabulously large pool - which we enjoyed every day (despite the changeable Autumnal weather!). The master bedroom was large with a luxurious bathroom (great bathtub views across the valley!). The property was clean and the kitchen well equipped for cooking. We found the property ideally located for exploring Umbria, with lots of hiking close by and easy access to many beautiful towns and villages. A lovely stay and would highly recommend! Many thanks.

It was my second stay at "le farfalle". It is a wonderful place, waking up in the morning and have a coffee looking out at the beautiful surroundings is the best way to start your day.. Nicolien is a great host, discreet and resourceful, couteous and always available. I will always recommend this place !

I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

Claudia's place was very clean and pristine. The sunset and harbor views were wonderful and Claudia was so nice to pick us up at the train station. There is also a bus stop very near. We slept great in her cozy, comfortable bedroom. As in her pictures, there are a lot of steps if that is a concern for you. We would stay here again. Thanks for everything, Claudia!

We had a lovely stay in Francesco's apartment, it was very peaceful and quiet but great restaurants were only a few minutes walk away. There was a supermarket less than five minutes walk also. Francesco was a great host and very kind. We would recommend his apartment and would definitely stay there again.

The house was fantastic, clean, spacious with a garden and a table outside so you can have lunch even outdoors. Highly recommended!!!
