Small and colorful

The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new. So we still live downstairs with the same furniture as my great-grandparents.

Our Wachtelburg Castle, a luxurious retreat surrounded by Havelland's nature at the gates of Potsdam and Berlin. Enjoy the extravagant accommodation with two pompous bedrooms. Cozy beds promise pure relaxation. The spacious and modern kitchen with access to the conservatory and a terrace invites you to evenings outdoors. Ideally located for bike rides along the R1 and excursions to Potsdam or Berlin. Relax in your private oasis after a day of experiences.

Bright apartment on horse farm

Right next to the private horse stable, the tastefully furnished apartment is on the first floor with an open staircase and a large balcony. You can hear the horses breathing and the birds chirping, but also the morning sounds of stable work. The quiet street leads directly to the Riewendsee with its swimming area 2 km away. A restaurant is within walking distance. One of Brandenburg's most popular cafés with a bakery is about 4 km away.

New apartment in Ketzin

The brand new and modern apartment is located in a very quiet residential area. Havel promenade and beach are still within walking distance. Shopping facilities (supermarket, bakery, gastronomy,...) can also be found around the corner. In the apartment you will find everything you need. The kitchen is equipped with an (external) 2-plate induction hob, oven and refrigerator. On the balcony, you can relax in a hanging swing armchair.

Apartment in Paretz with garden, 2 rooms.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

Relax in the countryside

Take a break and relax in our extensive garden, not far from the Havelradweg and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas-warm water shower, dry separation toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate due to the insulation with hemp and clay. Exclusive quarters in the manor house

A beautifully furnished, modern, and rustically furnished apartment with 110 square meters of living space and an 8 square meter terrace awaits you. The apartment is located in an old manor house, which is used as a multi-generational home. Like all other apartments, it has a separate entrance. The apartment can be heated via wall radiators, underfloor heating, or a fireplace. The floors are made of tiles or pine planks.

Welcome to our small, stylish holiday apartment at Kulturhof Götz! Where hayloft used to be, the loving restoration of a hundred year old roof beams combine with modern design. A garden invites you to linger in the cozy greenery and with some luck you can even experience one of our cultural events. The Havelradweg also passes directly by the house and there is a train every hour from Götz to Berlin in 40 minutes.

Historical Gem with Character

As a professional violin maker, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish baroque elements from the origin of the house combine with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to get as much of the original substance as possible. Whole warning: A low ceiling beams dating back to 1775 crosses the space.

Accommodation of the star park. Our 1-room apartment is located in a converted barn on our Mannaz project farm. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a 140x200 bed, a dining area for two people and a private lovingly designed bathroom.
