Springmoor, a newly designed, spacious, hi spec annexe, was originally designed for my brother who suffered from MND. It is fully accessible. It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.

Little Trebarvah

Tucked away on a small working farm, Little Trebarvah enjoys wide views across rolling countryside and all the way to the distant sea. The cottage is reverse level to take advantage of our vista. Peaceful and rural, it still sits just a 15-minute drive from the lively harbour town of Falmouth, making it an ideal base for both quiet days and coastal exploring. It is a short drive from both sides of the beautiful Helford river with many beaches, famous gardens and lovely pubs to explore.

Darracott is siuated on a Bridle Path and centrally located in the Granite uplands, between the Lizard Peninsula, Falmouth and St Ives. With rural walks straight out of the door, Cornwall's rich mining heritage is evident all around.

Scandi chic meets Cornish cool in our traditional stone cottage, tucked away on a pretty side street, yet moments away from Helston town centre with shops, cafe's, a small cinema and the CAST arts centre with pottery and yoga on your doorstep. Just a short drive to the sea and acclaimed restaurants of Porthleven. Watch the sunset from the window seat with views across the valley, while sounds of the church bells and the Helston brass band waft through the air.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

Baileys Little House time to relax

You will find Baileys Little House in the heart of Cornwall. The historic town of Helston is a 5 minute drive away. There is easy access to beaches, the quaint fishing village of Porthleven is nearby while Falmouth and St Ives are a short drive away. Baileys Little House is a small converted barn with all the comforts you would expect while on holiday. It is open plan living with a separate wet room and a cobbled courtyard exclusively for your stay.

Get cozy in our beautiful shepherds hut with panoramic views and a wood fired hot tub. Named after the Buzzards that soar above, the Buzzards hut is a peaceful retreat with views over the open countryside. Both coasts are a short drive away, the parish of Wendron where Porkellis is situated is steeped in a rich mining heritage and there is a 7 mile circular walk on our doorstep. Dogs allowed, fully fenced.
