We had a great stay in Pontremoli at Ai Chiosi's. We had great communication with our host, an easy check-in, and a very clean and comfortable stay. We loved exploring the area of Pontremoli by foot and it was the perfect location to explore other close by towns by car such as Bagnone and Cinque Terre! We enjoyed our stay!

Our family holiday (4 people) in this place was an absolute dream and in reality even more impressive than in the photos. The entire property is spotlessly clean and exudes a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. For our children and us, the pool in front of the breathtaking mountain scenery was the daily highlight – a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. The location is fantastic for escaping everyday life and being active at the same time. We explored the area on several beautiful hiking tours. But what really makes the stay special are the hosts: Chris and Joanna are incredibly warm and helpful. Their hospitality is exceptional. We highly recommend this place.

Paolo was a very polite and helpful host, always ready and worried that everything was perfect! And it was, in every way! Beautiful house, recently renovated with love and attention to materials and details. Very quiet area, surrounded by nature...an oasis of absolute peace! Perfect starting point to visit nearby Pontremoli but also the Cinque Terre or Pisa or Parma. Highly recommended!! We will definitely be back. We stayed at "Al Riposo Del Pellegrino" for a week. A well equipped apartment in a charming old building located at the beginning of the old part of Pontremoli. Plenty of space and good beds. Car can be parked in the street and a supermarket is nearby. A short walk takes you to the old town with historic buildings and plenty of restaurants where local specialties are served by friendly and proud locals, for reasonable prices. Mass tourism is not here, Pontremoli breathes Italy as I like to see: tradition, history, simplicity, beauty, tranquility. Pontremoli is very centrally located to explore the "Lunigiana" region. A walk or bike ride through the Apenin mountains and plenty of charming villages to see. In addition, you are close to the highway which takes you to the beach, Chinque Terre, La Spezia or slightly longer to Lucca, Pisa or Parma within an hour. Host Collin responds quickly and communicates clearly.
