Holiday rentals with a sauna in Transylvania County

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay here. The place looks exactly like the pictures (clutter free) and the waterfall shower head was definitely a perk. The back porch was by far our favorite spot for morning coffee. Easy key pad access in and out. Great restaurants and staff all around! I would highly recommend Kevin’s place to stay.

Beautiful views overseeing the mountains. Hot tub and sauna is a great plus. 10-15 minute drive to downtown Asheville and great location to hikes. I would recommend for anyone thinking of staying in Asheville for the weekend

my stay at Tracy's not only met but exceeded my expectations, in fact I got so comfortable after a while I forgot I was in an Airbnb and started to actually think it was mine. comfortable and clean I got a fantastic night's sleep every night and the location was great to get anywhere I needed to go and Tracy is a terrific host she's friendly and anything I needed she was on point to help out. definitely recommend....

We were so lucky to find this place about 2 miles from my Son’s house. After a short ride on some windy, hilly roads (not bad at all) we arrived in a lovely neighborhood. As hosts they were friendly and helpful and more than generous. They supplied breakfast foods, water bottles, and other food stuffs that were more than welcome after a long drive. The Airbnb was spotless and welcoming, bed (master, we didn’t use the other bedroom) was extremely comfortable. Of course the hot tub was a huge bonus that was also a welcomed perk. Barbara and Steve were there when we arrived and were More than gracious. From start to finish our visit was perfect. We felt right at home and access to downtown Weaverville and Asheville was a breeze. We will definitely return.

My fiancé and I loved our time spent at Gloria’s! She was a delightful host and her place was super cozy, clean, and relaxing! The super soft bed felt wonderful! We also loved our private entrance and the location was absolutely perfect for sightseeing. Once we arrived, our vehicle was parked until the day we left. We easily walked to downtown Saluda our entire stay! We look forward to coming here again in 2025!

The house is very beautiful. Clean and lovely decor. It was definitely like a luxury stay with all the amenities..The bathroom even had a overhead heater for after showering There is a charge for the IR Sauna. Overall Amazing!! I will book anytime I'm in Asheville and it's available.

Loved our stay. Everything was neat and clean. Spent most of our time sitting on the porch looking at the mountains and lake and walking around it. Generally when we come to Waynesville, we spend a lot of time driving around. This time we loved being in this place and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. If we had any questions, there was quick response. Love everything about this place!

If you want peace and quiet, this is the place to come to in the north Georgia mountains of Sky Valley. Beautiful views especially at sunset, hearing the chapel bells ringing, watching the humming birds fly around during the day and at night the bats, and friendly neighbors. The unit was roomy and comfortable. There were a few light bulbs burned out upon arrival and our host was very responsive and a maintenance gentleman was there soon to replace them. Lots of local activities and great restaurants in nearby Highlands and Franklin, NC and Clayton, GA. For walkers the Sky Valley golf course closes at 7 p.m. and it's great walking or jogging around the beautiful course.

Gary's place was so quiet and peaceful. we enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the golfers come through. Would definitely stay here again.

Glen’s place was perfect! Instructions for the house were very clear and helpful. Close to the lake and surrounded by a bunch of great amenities. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful location. Highly recommend a stay at Glen’s.

Great location and comfy bed! The bed is raised on a separate platform which does require a step down if you're a midnight wanderer so keep that in mind. Kitchen is well equipped with a very nice sink. the bathroom is nice with a good sized shower. Totally walkable to the restaurants in the area. Felt very private at the end of the row of condos with a nice tree view out the windows. The back patio doesn't have chairs so pack some in the car! We wished we had. If you like soft toilet paper I recommend bringing your own. 😁 Would totally stay again. We really enjoyed the stay.

This place was even better than it looked in the pictures. Super clean, lots of light, and nicely decorated. Absolutely loved our stay and if we ever find ourselves in Clayton again we would book here without a doubt!

We booked last minute and by that, a day and a half before we arrived. Darlene responded within minutes and made arrival so easy with perfect directions/information. Darlene checked in with us during our visit and with the welcome packet Darlene sent us, I had minimal if any questions. The place exceeded our expectations and was so very close to the club and all the amenities. View was beyond! The only negative was we never saw a bear. 😂 We will be back!

I cannot say enough great things about Michael’s wellness ranch. From the location, to the choice of decor and the amazing bedding, everything was perfect. I came to the area on a girls wellness retreat and Michael’s place was the most inviting, relaxing, and magical place I could’ve picked! Michael was a very responsive host, gave us great recommendations in the area and always had the sauna fired up and ready to go! If you’re looking for a place to come relax and feel right at home while doing it, look no further! Oh yeah, the hiking and waterfalls near the house are pretty top notch, too! ;)

We stayed at Lonnie’s place to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday. We are a family of 6, with teenagers of different ages. Lonnie’s place was clean, homey and felt like home. Great restaurants in the area - about 15 min drive in any direction. Place was a bit harder to find at night, but provided directions were perfect and we did not have any trouble at all. Grocery store is a short drive, made our life easier. The location is beautiful - the view of the lake is magical and surrounding area feels very safe. We used the house as a base for hiking trips -big variety of options 10 months or 40 min away. In 4 days we feel we just scratched the surface. Also close to kayaking, tubing and other water sports. Tv downstairs was easy to operate and wifi signal was great - I was able to log into zoom calls for work. Inside the house, the supplies in the kitchen are great: plenty of plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. Also many spices and condiments. Thank you - it was a great time!

This is an amazing home with beautiful views and a real mountain feel! It is only 10 minutes from town and very convenient. The home is very spacious and clean with many great areas to hang out including the deck. We were unable to make use of the gas fireplaces inside the house due to control measures that must have been put in place to prevent use. Other than that it is as advertised and well worth the cost!

This home was a perfect fit for our family trip. We especially enjoyed the decks with beautiful views and playing pool and ping pong downstairs. The home is quiet and peaceful but close enough to grocery stores, things to do. There was plenty of space for our group of 13. You cannot go wrong booking this home. Kim was very responsive to any questions we had. We can't wait to come back again!

We had such a great stay at this house. It’s tucked away in the woods, super peaceful, and just has a really cool vibe overall. The home itself is beautiful, huge windows, cozy fireplaces, and that awesome open layout that makes it feel super spacious but still warm and welcoming. One of our favorite parts was how quiet and private it felt. You can sit outside and just hear the river in the background, so relaxing. It really felt like a little escape from the world, but still had everything we needed to feel comfortable. If you’re looking for a peaceful, unique place to recharge, I’d definitely recommend it. We loved it!

Great property and location for a peaceful stay. Property was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was fast, courteous, and easy.

The loveliest part of our stay was sitting out in the early mornings on the screened in covered deck with the fireplace ablaze, coffee in hand and relaxing with a cool breeze whispering through the trees. This is a place of comfy cozy…….stress has no place here, it’s peaceful and pleasing. My friends were so very pleased with this home ….thank you Dorothy for sharing your lovely home.
