The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Panoramic sea view is the key word for this beautiful wooden cottage. The living room is facing west and the beautiful, red sunset can be enjoyed by the large windows or by the terrace. The house is only 100 meters from the beach. On the large area of the beach the grass grows wild, but there is, however, established a soccer field with 2 goals. The house includes 2 bedrooms; one with bunk beds, the other with two box mattresses (max 4 persons). There are good fishing and hiking opportunities.

Velholdt sommerhus i naturskønne omgivelser med en enestående panorama udsigt over havet samt kuperet terræn, mark og skov. i kort afstands findes den hyggelige lille landsby Faldsled med lystbådehavn . Der er kort afstand til indkøbsmuligheder i både Fåborg og Horne. Fåborg med mange indkøbsmuligheder, havn med afgang til de mange sydfynske øer, ligger kun 5 km væk. Vær opmærksom på at jeg ikke bruger gift på min grund. Så ukrudt vil forekomme.

Trænger du til at slappe af sammen med din bedre halvdel eller en god ven/veninde i skønne omgivelser med fantastisk udsigt over vandet, 150 m til nærmeste badested og tæt på strand og skov, så er denne skønne perle et godt bud. Ideal beach cabin for anglers, ornithologists and nature lovers. Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. Rubberboat with an 8 HP motor can be rented. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.
