Germana's place is great to visit Kortrijk : close to the center, we felt like at home. Germana is responsive and lives on the spot, which makes it easy to communicate. At the same time, the place where we staid upstairs (a bedroom with a little sofa, a table and a private separate bathroom) allowed us to have some privacy. The breakfast we shared with Germana and her husband was also a great way to start the day.

Pascaline and her husband were very friendly and did everything they could to make us feel welcome and as comfortable as possible. Since we don’t speak French, there was a bit of a language barrier, but nothing seriously problematic. Both Pascaline and her husband speak some English, which was enough for basic communication, and for anything more complex, translation apps were very helpful. The surroundings are unbelievably peaceful, with a few horses on the property that add to the special atmosphere. Breakfast was simple — a typical French breakfast — but very tasty and fresh. It was prepared at a time that suited us, which we appreciated. The time of year (early May) was perfect for our stay. If life gives us another opportunity, we would gladly visit them again.

We were delighted with our stay at this listing. The hosting was particularly warm and thoughtful. The two bedrooms, located side by side, were spacious, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. The residence is very quiet, ideal for a relaxing stay. The owner was extremely kind and available throughout our stay. A delicious homemade breakfast was served to us in the morning, a real pleasure. We highly recommend this address and will be happy to come back.

what a hot shower on arrival. beautiful property. very nice renovated old farmhouse with a very large pond. nicely lit. we had the room on the ground floor overlooking the vegetable garden and the fields. garden with various seating areas. the hostesses and gentleman were very helpful. there is m nice breakfast room with 1 large table. the breakfast was really top. 3 delicious cheeses from the area. homemade bread. pain au chocolate and croissants. 2 types of ham. homemade jam. fresh fruit salad. apple juice from the farmer. there is an outdoor kitchen with fridge for general use and a wood BBQ. We were also allowed to borrow an electric plancha with plates of cutlery bowls and everything! Very good service. Thank you Amelie and parents. We will definitely be back!

Friendly and charming hosts We had a good stay with Camille and Alain who are lovely It's nice to see that there are still real humans with whom to share a moment in simplicity The guest room is consistent with the photos as well as the description, very clean and tidy The very hearty breakfast is excellent and is as good as a hotel, the jams are homemade as well as the bread. Ideal for visiting the beautiful Pairi Daiza Animal Park, which is less than 20 minutes away I recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to go back! Happy hosting

Sabine and her husband were super welcoming, I really enjoyed spending the evangelical with both of them eating great food and the pool was a lovely bonus. I’ll definitely recommend staying at Sabine’s house ❤️

Super nice hostess, cozy going and has nice ideas for during your stay. House is beautiful, spacious and a lovely garden. Use of kitchen and breakfast also together with the other guests made it very cozy . I will definitely come back here again!

a beautiful room, tastefully decorated like the rest of the common areas. the atmosphere was peaceful, disconnection assured. very large bathroom and all the necessities to have a pleasant time. The quality of the service is at the rendezvous and Marie Odile is very welcoming. she takes care of her guests and puts bcp of energy into it. as promised breakfast is delicious, only homemade or local products. It is absolutely necessary to stop at Marie Odile's if you have to stay in the area. thank you for this beautiful time, Olivia and Raphaël

We had a lovely time during our stay. The welcome was very warm the owners welcomed us and explained everything to us. I thought it was very friendly. Good value for money, breakfast service was great. I recommend it 100% for a magical romantic moment.

Room was fine, big enough for just sleeping. Bathroom and toilet are a bit dated, but are well functional and were clean. Possibility of dinner, well taken care of. Breakfast was abundant. Kurt was very hospitable, he brought me both festival days and picked me up again at night for a very small fee, where do you find such a great host? Had many nice conversations during dinner and breakfast and to and from the festival.

Niels and Anke's accommodation is beautiful. We were greeted by Niels who gave us plenty of good recommendations to do in the area. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

Beautiful guest room in a cozy farmhouse. Dear host. And a delicious breakfast. Very nice bed. The surroundings definitely seem beautiful to me too. But for me, it was only an overnight stay in transit. And get away from the highway.

We had a great night at Niels' place. The atmosphere of the hotel and room really plunged us into the 1900s. The bathroom was huge (special mention for the bathtub👍) Only small downside, I don't know if it's our room or if it's the same in all the rooms but we had a crow's nest at our room and at 6:30 in the morning they made a lot of noise. Otherwise, breakfast was very good with sweet and savory. I recommend Niels for his kindness and responsiveness ✨

I was warmly welcomed. There was even room for my bike. A lovely room. A delicious breakfast. And in the middle of the center a kind of oasis of peace.

Beautiful, cosy apartment in one of the best cycling spots of Belgium, with beautiful views and a nice pool. Very friendly and helpful host, with lots of great tips for a good time in and around Geraardsbergen.
