Studio, cozy, new, 15-minute walk from the city center. Quiet location, easy and free parking. The studio is in the attic of our house, and is suitable for one person. Fully equipped, fridge, electric stove, microwave, Senseo, etc. There is a bakery and a convenience store 200 m away.
