Spacious apartment, very quiet, functional, comfortable. It had all the necessary facilities. All within walking distance. The outdoor parking space is a real plus as all the streets are for a fee. Fatah was attentive, always available if necessary, welcoming and he gave us super clear explanations. We recommend it without hesitating.

We booked Myriam's home for a second time. A comfortable accommodation, very well located and well-equipped. Parking under the apartment is a real plus. No car needed to visit Deauville and Trouville. Shops, markets, restaurants, the sea etc are nearby. Many thanks to Myriam for her kindness, for her perfect transmission of useful information and availability. Never 2 without 3? 😉

TOP TOP, everything is superb and I want to clarify that the access and the accommodation are really suitable for people with disabilities (not in a wheelchair of course) but my husband is disabled especially with the legs he was able to go up and down without difficulty and the living room is great large kitchen area, really only happiness if not a royal calm and Guillaume a really human, pleasant, forward-looking host. You can really take this place without a second thought.

Listing as described, very clean, impeccable bedding. The terrace has an incredible view and sheltered from the wind. 😉 It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a lovely family weekend in this spacious apartment, with a lovely view of the beach and the beautiful buildings of Houlgate. Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity (playground, shops, parking, train station...)Very well equipped and well arranged. Clem the owner responds very quickly to all our questions. Very well located apartment right next to the sea, Promenade Marcel Proust, restaurant Le Biquet's, city center within walking distance. We had an exceptional stay in this little haven of peace. Upon arrival, we were seduced by the warm and refined atmosphere of the apartment. Everything is thought out in every detail to offer a unique experience: the private hot tub and sauna are impeccable and very easy to use, the decoration is neat, and the subdued atmosphere invites you to relax. Antony and Nelson are caring and available hosts, while remaining discreet. Their welcome was perfect, and the clear instructions allowed us to fully enjoy the amenities. We also appreciated the impeccable cleanliness of the place and the little touches that make all the difference. It's the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or a moment of relaxation as a couple. Pleasantly appointed and tastefully decorated home. Listing compliant. Accessibility shops, restaurants and beach within walking distance. I appreciated the fact that there is a magnifying mirror in the bathroom that is convenient to put on makeup when we wear glasses. We recommend this place and probably we would go back.

We loved this' 70s style home, tastefully decorated and extremely well maintained. The jacuzzi was a real plus, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Very peaceful and good apartment bedding quality. I slept very well, which is very rare. The apartment is very close to the center of Cabourg on foot and it is easy to park, more for free.
