Located in a secure and quiet residence, the apartment is ideally located: 5 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes walk from Deauville/Blonville. Consistent with the description and photos, the terrace in the morning sun is a real plus. Everything was very clean, basic equipment available, it was very appreciable. I highly recommend this apartment, I will definitely come back!

Modern and very well decorated apartment. Ideally located, we are close to all shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the beach. Everything is within easy reach! For a family, with (small) children, I highly recommend it.

My husband and I have just spent two wonderful weeks at Miguel and Karine's. The apartment is very functional and warm, and of exemplary cleanliness. They are very attentive hosts and really concerned with making their nice accommodation as hospitable as possible. Nothing is missing: there are even some very well-chosen books and indoor and outdoor games! The location with sea view is really very nice: very quiet and in a nice residence. Impossible to get bored even if you want to forget the car: just a few steps away, there is the nautical club and the beautiful promenade along the beach (for pedestrians and bikes) that goes from the resorts of Lion sur Mer to the centre of Ouistreham with a seaport and various museums... and nearby: a very good restaurant and a small beach bar for ice cream and pancakes: very nice! It was a great discovery and we hope to return!

Very welcoming, takes time to explain, remains available for questions and requests. Clean and organized apartment, direct beach access when leaving, close to the city center. Simply a beautiful apartment, great location close to shopping needs and laundry. I personally loved the ambiance and general comfort of the place. I felt a sense of peace and contentment in its beautiful surroundings. The space is cozy, and very well equipped. Eleann is friendly, helpful and available. Very well arranged, clean, well-equipped apartment. The location a few meters from the beach and quiet is ideal. The sea view delighted us, better than the pictures! Private parking in the basement is a real plus, just steps away from the madness of Deauville. Nearby bakery on foot and supermarket as well. Finally, the responsiveness and kindness of our host Alain is remarkable, as well as Audrey. Address to recommend!

Beautiful apartment for a few days of rest in Deauville. Close to everything, very comfortable, in a quiet residence with swimming pool and tennis. Anne-Dominique was very attentive and responded very quickly each time. Recommended!
