Mon studio se trouve dans une maison familiale, l’accès est totalement indépendant afin de préserver votre intimité. lit deux places, lit une place pour un couchage séparé, table, chaise, étagère… Nous vous demandons de nous informer du nombre de personnes, couchage séparé ou non, motif de votre séjour et si possible l’heure d’arrivée. Veuillez noter que nous avons installé deux caméras dans la terrasse pour la sécurité de nos locataires. Le frais de ménage sont de 15€ à laisser sur place

Independent apartment in a house

Our apartment of about 30 m2 is located on the 1st floor of a detached house. The entrance is common but the access staircase is directly located at the entrance for good independence. My parents residing on site will welcome you, please check in before 8 p.m. out of respect for them. If you have a reflection on the studio, feel free to tell them rather than a 4-star rating that would penalize us in a sustainable way . They do a full cleaning after each visit and are very accommodating.

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

Little flat 37 m2 20’ from Toulouse

A muret, en étage. Une chambre avec lit en 160, une pièce à vivre avec une cuisine et un canapé qui se transforme en 140. Il est possible de cuisiner, c'est très calme, drap, linge de toilette disponible. Idéal pour deux, possible d’y dormir à 4 mais le logement en étage au dessus de bureaux fait 37 m2 ce n’est pas grand. Le second couchage est un canapé qui se trouve dans l’espace séjour cuisine. Il est un peu excentré, 5 min à pied du centre ville. Piscine partagée.
