Accommodation for 1 person. ☺️ It will be a pleasure to welcome you to the 13-square-meter studio adjoining the house, which has been air-conditioned since 07/2025. It is completely self-contained, with its own entrance, bathroom, toilet, kitchen, and a 140*190 bed with an excellent new Bultex mattress, a large TV with Chromecast and Netflix, and Wi-Fi. Fully equipped; everything will be provided for you, for the kitchen, for sleeping... close to Toulouse, Airbus, airport.. delivery of keys upon arrival in person.

A 10-minute walk from the train station and Place des Marots with its shops, 5 minutes from the highly sought-after Parc du Cabirol, with the possibility of free parking, this studio located at the back of a private property offers you the calm and relaxation you will need after spending the day exploring Toulouse and its surroundings!

Independent accommodation with garden views

Our single-story accommodation is located in a quiet area close to village amenities. Easy access by car: 20 minutes from Toulouse Blagnac airport, 20 minutes from the historic center of Toulouse, 40 minutes from Albi, 10 minutes from the Buzet-sur-Tarn golf course, the Plamola. It is equipped with reversible air conditioning. It has a separate entrance with free parking spaces and access to the garden with garden furniture (a table and two chairs as well as two deckchairs).

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

Parking space available inside the property. No parties possible (quiet area). 2 people maximum. 15 minutes from Toulouse by car. Bus to Toulouse 10 minutes' walk: Linéo 11 (Collège P. Picasso stop) 15-minute drive from the 'La Ramée' Leisure Center.

Simplify your life in this peaceful and central accommodation, 10-minute walk to Place du Capitol, 12 min to the train station, 5 min to Halle aux Grains, 2 min to St Aubin market. You will enjoy the space and quiet of the accommodation with the piano.
