Smögen, Hamburgsund or Fjällbacka are about 20 minutes away. The apartment consists of one double bedroom, hall with kitchen and a bathroom. Bicycles are available to borrow. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Newly-built tiny house - the perfect place to stay if you want to have access to a place to stay that's out of the ordinary! The house offers a spectacular view with the forest as the nearest neighbor. Despite its small size, there is a simple kitchen, dining area, toilet and a comfortable and secluded sleeping area with a 140 cm bed. Outside, there is also a private balcony, a private outdoor shower with hot water and cold water and a larger gravel patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue.

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
