På altanen som är ca 12 kvm stor finns bord och fyra stolar samt en elektrisk markis. Här finns 2 sovrum, ett har en skön dubbelsäng och det andra har två enkelsängar. Bra med garderobsutrymme och 2 fräscha badrum med dusch och toalett. Här bor Du bekvämt och fritt utan något högt hus framför Dig. Nära till allt!

Rymlig balkong med full havsutsikt för att kunna njuta av havet och omgivningarna. Säsongsöppen pool. Direkt på strandpromenaden Playa Cura i centrala Torrevieja, Costa Blanca. Denna soliga, attraktiva 4-bädds lägenhet är helt nyrenoverad, hög svensk standard, dessutom fullt utrustad för en familj eller ett, två par på semester.
