Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, mit einem wundervollen Blick auf das Meer. Sie können zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten den großen „La Mata“-Sandstrand erreichen. Weiterhin befinden sich viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nur wenigen Gehminuten entfernt. Ein Schwimmbad mit einem Café und Spielplatz befinden sich direkt gegenüber.

Studio on one of the best beaches in Torrevieja Los Locos. In the complex on the first line with a swimming pool (open from June to september). Underground parking is available from May to September. Transfer from Alicante Airport can be arranged. WIFI, air conditioning, big and comfortable bed, 55 "TV. The bathroom has a heated floor. Big balcony. For late check-in there is a 24-hour store nearby. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, electric scooter rental office, scooters.

Relax well in this calm and stylish place. 32m2 terrace with direct access from the bedroom offers a nice opportunity to rest. Suitable for couples to spend a romantic time. Good place for a beach holiday, 230m from the sea and beach. Nearby restaurants, stores. Attention! Check-in time is 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM, if possible I can offer a later check-in for an additional fee, this must be agreed in advance.
