The apartment is as described and José María is very attentive. The apartment had everything and you could feel the love and attention that has been given to putting everything that is available to guests: cooking utensils, cloths, coffee, jams, etc. I would definitely repeat my stay. One of the best apartments we've ever stayed in, everything was super clean, Begoña was very nice, she recommended things to do, everything was very clear. The house had all kinds of amenities, I think it's the only place we've been where we can go in and live a normal life without having to go to a supermarket to buy basic things. We'd love to come back another time. PS: He left us 2 umbrellas ☂️ and a parasol in the apartment, ⛱️ which was a luxury, as well as some beach chairs.

We had a fabulous stay at Alberto's apartment. It is very spacious and clean, decorated with nice furniture. Beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower unit. Lot's of natural light. The apartment is on the 4th floor of an old historic building, which is very well preserved and has a small welcoming garden at the entrance. The building benefit from the access to the lift. Great location to explore Santander by foot. Definitely our compliments are for Alberto. He is a great host, easy to comunicate with quick responsiveness. He met us and shown the apartment and share some good tips for the city's popular sites. Muchas gracias Alberto!

We spent a family vacation in Irene's apartment, we felt at home. We loved the area next to the beach and all the necessary services around. When we return to Suances, we will definitely stay at his house again.

Great place to stay. Sergio was a brilliant and responsive host. Beach was so close by with others close driving distance. Pool was amazing and our 1 year old enjoyed the baby pool. No shops in walking distance was the only downside.

The location was perfect for touring the entire north area and with supermarkets nearby. The apartment has everything you need and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for both everyday living and cooking (the only thing missing was a kettle, but that wasn’t a big deal). The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and many cafes around. The host Pablo was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

We were in this beautiful house last week. Very much enjoyed and a beautiful place and super location. It was like a painting when you looked outside, the mountains and the landscape....in one word fantastic. We had a wonderful week together with our 2 dogs. Veronica gave us tips for sights, great. The best part of the apartment? Pilar and her husband. Charming, attentive and available at all times. Any questions or needs we had were addressed immediately. The apartment is spacious and bright, and with everything you need for a pleasant stay. In a super quiet area, and with parking at the door. We would repeat!

We have been very comfortable in the house, it is located in a very beautiful place surrounded by nature and animals. The house is just as seen in the photos, everything is very clean and tidy, there is nothing missing to spend a few days on vacation. Our girls have enjoyed the small garden and the terrace. We have taken several walks in the surroundings and close to the river, everything is very nice. We would definitely repeat.

Such a beautiful place! The property is just like in the photos — cozy and exactly as described. If you're looking to get away from the city, breathe in fresh mountain air, and enjoy peaceful nature and amazing views, this is the spot. There’s no WiFi, but mobile internet works great, so it wasn’t a problem at all. Big thanks to Maria Jesus for being such a kind and welcoming host! 😊

I recently stayed Jesus apartment that exceeded my expectations. It was impeccably clean and provided a comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. The cozy layout made it feel like a home away from home, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches that enhanced my experience. I highly recommend this apartment.

We had a great time at Tomas' apartment. It is well-equipped, has a nice view and is located close to beaches and places to visit. There is also a children's playground downstairs from the building. Tomas welcomed us warmly and did everything to make our stay pleasant. Bonus: the bar/restaurant next door is great!

Catherine's apartment is a haven of peace and tranquility. The views from the lounge windows are worth the price alone. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and the place has everything you'd need for a long stay. The Usil beach is a 2/3 min walk while the beautiful Liencres dunes, which can be seen from the window, are around. 10 min drive away. All-in-all the apartment is ideally placed to enjoy not just the immediate area but the whole of the Costa Quebrada Geopark too.

we had a wonderful week in Ruts apartment, it was absolutely lovely to wake up to the view we had every morning. Rut was a fabulous host who was very attentive and gave great recommendations for things to do and excellent restaurants to eat in. She even got us a kettle, which we really appreciated being British and wanting our cup of tea in the morning. weather was mixed but the area is beautiful and the beach views stunning.
