Stanislav was great and very friendly host. The location of the apartment is right at the La Mata beach close to Avenida De Los Europeos. The apartment itself and its setup remembers the early 90s, but if your're looking for a cost effective place at the La Mata, to enjoy the beach, it will do the job. It did for me and my son. Apartment is corresponding to the display or photos. It was clean and had everything we needed. It is located in a beautiful area, close to the beach and shopping. A small drawback for us was that it could be very noisy at night - we were often woken up by very late garbage removal and the night buses. Other than that, we had a great stay and can recommend the ad.

Every thing was great. Location is very convenient. The sea and the beach are just a step away. The hosts are very friendly and always in touch. A convenient terrace at the entrance. Pleasant surprises from the hosts. I highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful vacation, the apartment was very comfortable and you can see that the owner thought of the details. The kitchen was equipped with everything and in the morning we were able to drink coffee comfortably from home thanks to the capsules provided by the owner. Terrace equipped with deck chairs and table for eating. The apartment is 200 meters from the beach. There are also many restaurants nearby. We'll definitely be back.
