Beachfront holiday rental in Torre La Mata

Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do the laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit.

Excellent location, well kept grounds apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Kseniia's was an excellent hoist met us at the apartment showed us round. texted us during our stay to check everything was ok. would highly recommend and would return. Well worth the booking fee.

Nick was an amazing host, super helpful with anything we needed. We arrived quite late and he was so accommodating and friendly. The accommodation was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed for a lovely peaceful holiday, the pictures don't do it justice! Pool was perfect size for our children and lots of space to relax. We had such a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend. Thank you Nick!

As soon as we arrived at Jörg's house, we immediately fell in love with his house and even asked to extend our stay. The beautiful nature and pine forests that surround us. 10 minutes' walk down a shady alley to the beach. An atmosphere of peace and relaxation. Silence. Security. Excellent contact with neighbors. My dog is delighted. And actually the house looks even better than in the photo. Thank you very much, Jörg! We didn't want to leave your house.

Raquel explained everything very well, very friendly, we had no problems. El apartamento para dos es perfec. Very nice and very cozy. Everything was very clean and tidy. The shower is very large, super comfortable.

Lovely stay here with our dogs. Nice enclosed garden and only a 5 min drive to La mata beach and some nice walks for the dogs. Close enough to central Torrevieja for all the restaurants etc but just far enough away for peace and quiet.

My partner and I stayed 3 nights and the truth is that the apartment is perfect to disconnect and be quiet. The views are undoubtedly the best. The area is very quiet. Everything was very clean and tidy. Davinia treated us with a lot of understanding and attention.

I really want to thank the hosts the accommodation I have nothing to say modern beautiful new furniture clean building even remotely it responds very quickly you are not alone there is transportation nearby if you want to walk more commercial the beach and just a 3-minute walk the most swimming pools above the roof frankly I wait but I will come back my mother was very surprised since it was for her this trip and very satisfied and will come back there are several modern accommodations around the beaches of Torrevieja. The flat was very comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped, and the location was great (pretty gardens, nice pool and walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants). The hosts were very responsive and helpful, and the information they shared in advance about the flat and the area was comprehensive. We would definitely go again!

Very good value Airbnb. Quality furnishings, logical layout, comfortable beds, a nice balcony, useful washer, good hand vacuum to take care of the sand from the beach nearby. 2 big blocks to supermarket, 1 small block to pharmacy, 2 blocks to good beach and restaurants. We barely used our car.

We had an amazing stay at Natalia’s place and can’t recommend it enough! She was warm, caring, and went above and beyond—even driving us to the bus station because we had so much luggage. We originally booked 6 nights but loved it so much we extended for 4 more. The apartment was beautiful, super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. It was peaceful, relaxing, and felt like home. Natalia’s communication was always quick and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and the Consum supermarket. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly wonderful host, this is the perfect place. Apartment exactly matches the pictures - great balcony overlooking the sea (sunrise on balcony side). There are some restaurants and supermarkets (including Aldi, Roßmann, etc.) nearby. The city centre is about 5 km away. Check-in was super easy and Adam responded very quickly to questions. We were completely satisfied!
