There is a secured private entrance for golf clubs,bikes and luggage etc. The bathroom has an extended shower plate and the shower has also has the detachable spray end. The large living room is combined with the integrated kitchen, new, large comfortable double sofa bed. From the lounge you can access the terrace with views of the high street. The master bedroom has a very nice king size bed and wardrobe/unit

Schöne Ferienwohnung, für 4 Personen eingerichtet , nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt von den Sandstränden La Matas. Auch das Zentrum des kleinen Ortes, mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bank sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Wochenmarkt am Mittwoch ist direkt auf den Straßen um das Gebäude herum. Auch die Lagune von la Mata, mit Wander- und Picknickmöglichkeiten ist nur wenige 100 m entfernt. Abgeschlossen Parkplätze amHaus. Ideal auch zum Überwintern an der Costa Blanca (Sonderpreise bei Langzeitmiete)

Wir vermieten unsere neu renovierte und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in Spanien an der Costa Blanca, Torrevieja – La Mata. Unsere Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr gemütlich, mit einem wundervollen Blick auf Palmen und Meer. Sie können zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zum Sandstrand gehen. Weiter erreichen Sie auch zu Fuß einige tolle Restaurants und Mini-Markt. Ein kleines Schwimmbad mit einem Café und Spielplatz befinden sich gegenüber dem Haus.

Quiet studio with windows to the south and overlooking the pool. In the kitchen there is an important assistant - dishwasher, so as not to waste time on the routine. To the sea 5 minutes (400 m).
