Sunnanäng Hilltop - cozy with amazing views

It's easy to feel at home here! The bed is freshly made with sheets when you arrive and clean towels are provided. This is a really cozy cottage of 27 sqm with newly-renovated bathroom and kitchen as well as a veranda of 29 sqm with magnificent views of Siljan. The cottage is located on our own plot (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Lake Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and just as close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both summer and winter.

Small sandy beach is available. 50 meters from Lake Barken, (pike, zander, trout perch) Boat with small motor is available for fishing enthusiasts, quiet,. Sauna is available for those who like it. Comfortable cottage with lake view

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay next to Lake Rämen. Close to Gyllbergen nature reserve with hiking trails and a convenient distance to Romme Alpin. In the area, there are nice nature trails and a swimming area. The cottage has access to its own rowing boat and sauna. Two bedrooms, one has a 180 cm wide double bed (2 x 90) with full bed mattress and the other has a bunk bed where the upper bed is 80 cm wide and the lower bed is 120 cm wide, which makes it possible for two people to sleep there.

Trampoline on the property for children. 5 minutes by car to the center where there are grocery stores, nice walking trails along Lake Barken and a marina. 2 minutes by car to the ski slope and cross-country ski track. 30 minutes by car to Romme alpine. 15 minutes to Hagge golf course. Swimming area is about a 10-minute walk away. The space You will have the entire house for yourselves. Parking is available outside with space for 2 cars.

The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.
