I stayed at Osborne Apartments for a short trip booked through Airbnb and had a fantastic experience. The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything you might need, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and transport. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, with stunning views that made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

Clean, well designed apartment that had everything we needed, in a beautiful location. We will definitely return.

What a wonderful weekend stay we had at The Lodge, it was in an ideal location for lots of exploring. Meadfoot Bay is a beautiful spot for paddleboarding. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us.

Fantastic apartment, very clean, spacious, tidy and well equipped. Lovely location and views, comfortable beds and excellent quality linens and towels and decorated throughout to a high standard. Check in on arrival was quick and easy with very pleasant and polite staff. We will definitely be staying again in the near future 😊

We spent 5 days here with our 3 children. The place was spotless, had everything we needed. Really warm and homely. The grounds of Osbourne are gorgeous, we loved the park and swimming pool. Lots of places to visit, a nice walk into town (although a little hilly so wear suitable shoes)

Beautiful and spotlessly clean. Amazing views and brilliant terrace for drinks and food. Great staff. Fabulous location minutes from the lovely little beach. Some frustrations due to Covid-19 restrictions such as not being able to check in till 4pm and still having to leave at 10am and food served in plastic containers on the terrace. Pool area could do with some TLC. But other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Would definitely recommend.

A really great stay. Easy to check-in, clean apartment, nice big bed, all the kitchen bits you need, plus they leave you fairy liquid and dish cloths. Amazing view, beautiful gardens, quiet outdoor pool with plenty of sunbeds, free tennis court and walkable to the harbour where the bars and restaurants are. Wonderfully quiet at night. Helpful staff. Des responded quickly to a question I had pre-stay. Only niggles were that the food from the Terrace restaurant was a bit slapdash (my chicken baguette had someone else’s tuna mayo smeared on it!), the bathroom is a little dated and the balcony on the front of the building is in disrepair with scaffolding holding it up. But nothing really in the grand scheme of things.

Kene’s place is great for a stay in Exeter. A lovely clean apartment with lots of great amenities. Exeter city centre is less than a 5 minute walk away and everything is right on your doorstep. Kene is a great host, with really clear, responsive communications. Would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay at The Sugar Loaf. Beautiful place, well presented and lovley and clean. The fresh eggs and personalised note were a beautiful touch too and was so appreciated. Beth was very helpful and kind. Will definitely be back.

What a beautiful, stylish, beach-side appartment, with amazing views of the sea. We had a wonderful stay! The beds, furnishings, and all facilities are of excellent quality, making this a great place for a holiday. Annie is a wonderful Holiday Host, always so responsive and helpful, and even kind enough to reply straight away to a message we sent out of hours. Thanks Annie. We were welcomed with a lovely Devon cream tea hamper from Pebbles, who also ensured that the apartment, equipment etc, and bed-linens were pristine, and provided an iron within minutes. Thanks Pebbles. Great to have a dedicated parking spot right outside (Drivers: steep, windy road to South Sands makes the drive scenic but 'interesting'!) The apartment was fine for us for accessibility (wheelchair), having a lift right to the front door, and wide doors throughout. Recommend - Harbour Beach Spa (relaxing), Bo's cafe (beach vibe), Fortescue (friendly), SouthSands (dining), Coastal walks - and Devon beaches!

We were delighted by everything the apartment had to offer and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We’re a young family of 6 and stayed for 4 nights during the Summer half-term holiday. The apartment is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. It is very well located next to South Sands beach and adjacent to the Harbour Beach hotel. It was great to be able to make use of the pool & spa in the hotel. We all had a great time, and this apartment will definitely be on our shortlist for our next trip to Salcombe!

Nicki’s apartment at Bigbury on Sea is just great. Well equipped, amazing views and in a beautiful part of Devon. Use of the indoor pool is amazing for kids, especially when the weather is a bit mixed! Nicki gave lots of info and recommendations which were super helpful. I hope to be back at Bigbury soon!

The location was within walking distance of most of the places we wanted to go. Having off-street parking is an absolute bonus in Exeter, and having room for 2 cars was fantastic. The proeprty has been modernised, itwas clean with good natural light and was excellent value. If we require accommodation in Exeter again, we would be trying to book here again

What a gem of a place! So glad we found this. Beautiful two storey apartment, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, large rooms with lovely high ceilings, had everything we needed and more. Beautiful sea views, ample free parking, friendly staff in apartment reception and hotel. Couldnt ask for me, would definitely stay again and highly recommend .

a fabulous property with the most incredible view. Very hi tech and beautifully decorated. Delighted to find that there were enough dishwasher tablets for each day we were there and there were cleaning products that meant it was easy to keep the house beautiful. We walked into Teignmouth to visit the Lobster Lounge which was a great place to eat. The walk is lovely but would be challenging if you were not fit. we also ate at the Crab Shack and the Ship In which were excellent and we had Sunday lunch at The Castle Inn , Holcombe, which we would highly recommend.

The property was perfect, filled with everything we needed from clean towels to clear instructions! It also had amazing little surprises such as a fully stocked games cupboard, was such a treat to stay at!

We had such a lovely holiday, the park is in an ideal location with lovely facilities, our children loved the pool! The caravan was beautiful, clean and spacious and such great value for money! Great communication throughout as well, thank you.

Highly recommend a stay here as you get a private house with the services of a 5* Hotel. Staff were VERY helpful, especially with my elderly parents.

The venue was amazing. We staying with family over from Australia and they were all amazed by how beautiful the place was. There is so much to do on site whether it be, walking, feeding the animals, games room and the pool. Debbie has a host was superb from the moment of booking, to the arrival, throughout and saying goodbye. This is defiently a venue we would recommend and would like to revisit at some point.

We stayed in the Manor Farmhouse with a total of 12 adults and 6 toddlers. It was perfect for us - so much space inside and we especially loved the outside area to enjoy too. The facilities on site were brilliant - swimming pool big enough for all of us, a sauna, tennis court and games room. Each bedroom had their own bathroom which was so convenient for us as 6 separate families. The only thing we hadn’t realised was there’s no downstairs toilet which is probably not an issue for most guests though - once all our toddlers were asleep in our rooms, we didn’t want to go in and wake them! Sheila and Richard were great hosts - communicating well before our stay and were very close by if we needed anything. Thanks for a really enjoyable stay!
