Kelly's loft was exactly what we needed for our weekend stay in Leavenworth visiting friends! The location was right across from the brewery we visit each time we come to town, and the loft was very comfortable. Kelly was also understanding when we had a late check-in, and she provided several local suggestions for food/fun during the St Patrick's day weekend. Great price, easy to find, plus little extras for guests like snacks, coffee, tea, some toiletries even. Kelly is very thoughtful, and we would absolutely stay again. Thank you so much!

I rented this for my step daughter and her husband as I was unable to accommodate them on their trip. I accidentally have my step daughter the wrong code and Neil was so quick to respond and help them get in. They loved staying here!

Everything about our stay was fantastic! Melissa was great, the location was perfect and the room was phenomenal for what we needed. Also - the muffin delivery was top notch. We loved our stay here and highly recommend!!

Great spot in the middle of Mass street. Space was clean and roomy. Instructions for check in and stay were clearly laid out and easy to follow. Parking is easy on the street, just download the parking app to handle. Few things to consider. You are above a couple of restaurants, so you will smell the fresh bread and food quite a bit. Not bad if you’re a foodie! There are dumpsters behind the spot so you will hear noise late at night with restaurant crews tossing trash and the trash trucks early in the morning. Not bad, but you’ll hear them. Overall great spot in the middle of all the action on Mass. we will absolutely book there again if our daughter ends up at KU. Kore and team were super responsive and excellent hosts.

Amazing host! We were in the area for a sudden family death and our stay here was the only thing that wasn’t stressful. Very helpful and took care of a few items our daughter left behind. Next time we’re in the area I’m going to book here.

We really enjoyed the stay. The apartment was exactly as described. Appreciated the Roku TV's in every bedroom. Also - the faucets in the shower were a little complicated but there were actual instructions on how to use them on the wall by the faucet - that was a really nice touch. Great water pressure in the shower and very comfy beds. Walkable to the triangle which was also really nice.

This is the third time staying with Tyler, and I’ll keep coming back. Great location, the unit is clean and roomy with everything you need for a weekend trip to Lawrence.

This was a great place for our stay for State Wrestling weekend. Much better than our past experiences at hotels. Quieter and more peaceful where our wrestler could get well rested. Close to the Event Center as well so huge plus! Nice neighborhood. Overall just what we needed.

Very cozy house with plenty of space for guests and for hanging out. The location feels private and secluded despite being near a large intersection. Would definitely stay there again.

Carrie was AMAZING to work with and extremely responsive. She was always available and happy to answer any questions. Her place was squeaky clean and we felt at home. I would HIGHLY recommend this place but really renting any of her places. She has by far been the best host out of all of the Airbnb I have stayed at. If you are looking don't hesitate to rent from her! She was very accommodating even with my sick mother. You won't be disappointed trust me!

The charm of the home, the amenities and coziness of interior along with the welcoming host and overall location made this a great choice

This is a great location, close but not too close to downtown or campus. Very convenient yet very peaceful, even during recess at the school next door. The house has plenty of space, a useful kitchen, and charm of an old Lawrence home. This is my hometown and I'd gladly rent this place again.

Loft 309 was perfect for a couple spending a weekend in Lawrence! Ashley has so many extras in the apartment to make your stay comfortable. There’s a little bit of unknowns when it comes to parking, but Ashley was very helpful to direct me. I highly recommend this place.

The apartment was beautiful very easy to find excellent communication extremely clean and sophisticated property would highly recommend this day! If we are back in Lawrence, we will definitely be using him again!!!!

Stayed here for my Advanced Trauma Life Support class and excellent walking distance from Stormont Vail hospital. Host was awesome! Cleaning lady was excellent and very helpful! Absolutely would stay here again!

Ashely was a great host! Very fast in responding. We had an issue with the AC during our stay and Ashely was on top of it. It was fixed the next day and she even gave us a gift card to a local restaurant to make up for it. The space was overall very nice. The sofa bed was pretty small- it would be a tight fit for 2 adults. We heard the upstairs neighbors quite a bit as well- especially at night. It’s a great location- everything on Massachusetts is within walking distance. We decided to park in the lot behind the building which was very cheap. Overall we had a great stay!

Reidel is a great host. He reached out multiple times to assure our stay was going as planned! The house was in a great location for visiting KU campus/basketball game.

Neil was very kind to work with. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and close to Mass street with plenty of restaurants.

What a great place to stay! Just like the photos and description. Perfect location for downtown happenings and plenty close enough to campus as well! Super easy to access tons of restaurants and nightlife if you want! Jessi was a great and responsive host! The condo was in great condition! Will definitely rent again!
