This beautiful studio has an amazing view from the top of the hill and is within walking distance to historical downtown, Restaurants, shopping, and a ton more! *Homeowner lives on site in the house above the studio* *dog must be less than 30lbs

The master has a king size bed and a full bathroom. The second, third and fourth bedrooms all have queen size beds. There is plenty of seating in the living room with a large tv. Note: At times there will be an old classic car parked in the driveway.

Spacious outdoor space with shade trees, fully fenced in yard, and a fire pit. Master bedroom has king size bed. Second bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed. Extra bed is a full-size futon and is located in a detached room that includes washer and dryer.

Mountains, Mines and Meals, all in Superior. Rent a UTV just down the road & ride in the mountains or hike Picket Post Mountain or the Arboretum. Attend a Mining event or any of the other many activities & festivals in town.
