The house is spacious and has an open living room/kitchen solution, large hallway, bathroom and technical room on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor has a large attic room, 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun by the lake. Here it is far to the nearest neighbor and the large outdoor area invites you and your family to play and have fun. There is also plenty of space inside so here it is possible for two families to spend time together. Bring your own boat or rent a boat here (with fishing gear and water skis). Boat berth is nearby. 2 electric mountain bikes can also be rented. The interior is of an older vintage, but clean, nice and in order. Nostalgic and charming.

Nice and spacious apartment, around 65 m2, in the basement of our home in Tønsberg, with its own entrance. The place is in good condition, with fairly new, normally equipped kitchen and bathroom, living room and two bedrooms. Very suitable for a family (possibilities for baby chair, baby bed), a couple, friends or business travels. One doublebed 150 cm, one sofa bed 120 cm and a travellers bed possible = 5. Tønsberg is a gorgeous city all year around, and we live approx. 3 km from city center.

Huset ligger 40 meter fra havet og har en fantastisk utsikt over til Vestfold. Her kan du nyte både spabad, grilling med gassgrill, overbygd sittegruppe og noen fantastiske solnedganger. Det er ca 2 min gange ned til stranden hvor du kan bade, stupe og hoppe fra brygge, eller kose deg på en lang og flott sandbank som ungene elsker. Inne er det meste av fasiliteter, og utsikten over fjorden er like god fra sofaen. Huset ligger nest nederst i en blindvei.

Bussen er parkert i vår store hage med gangavstand til strand. Det følger med 2 sykler.

The room is a 1-room cabin with adjoined porch, and a unique view overlooking Tønsbergs inner fjord. The bathrooms and kitchen are shared areas with guests of other rooms. Tønsberg is 10 minutes away by car, 20 minutes by bike or a 1 hour walk. The nearest bus stop is a 15 minutes walk. Sandefjord airport (Torp) is a 20 minute drive.
