Cozy basement apartment, close to the city center

A lovely basement apartment just 12 minutes from Torp Airport, the train station, and the ferry to Sweden, and only a 2 km walk to the city centre. Here you have most of what you need for your stay. If you have a car, you can park right outside. You can sit outside in front of the apartment and use the garden if you wish. Europris, Coop Xtra and Meny, and a pharmacy are within walking distance of the apartment. We are a family of 3+2 cats living in the house above. We have an active 8-year-old girl, so there's a bit of hustle and bustle in the house. A good playmate if you have children :)

A cozy apartment in rural surroundings furnished with everything you need. The apartment is part of a detached garage, with its own entrance, bathroom and kitchen. The living room is furnished with a double bed, TV and WiFi. Our house borders an organic vegetable farm and forest. The unique location provides the basis for a natural stay with rich bird life and visits from a deer family in the garden. Great opportunities for unwinding and relaxing in peaceful surroundings with nice hiking opportunities. 50 minutes to Oslo and Drammen.

We rent out the cabin belonging to our home for weekends, weeks, or longer periods. This is a 50 km cabin with a separate kitchen, living room and dining room in one. Two separate bedrooms with bunk beds for 4, and a crawl loft for "little people". Bathroom with toilet and shower with entrance from terrace. Tableware for 8, sofa corner, TV, dining room, outdoor terrace, and large grass plot around. Refrigerator with small freezer, oven, kettle, coffee maker. Washing machine in bathroom Smoking is not allowed.

Ca 10 min å gå til flere strender, og 20 minutters spasertur til Son sentrum med restauranter, kunstutstillinger og konserter. Båtliv og ferje til Oslo på sommeren. A lovely living space for 2, which balances beautifully between the rural peaceful and central. Compact 53 sqm apartment with very practical layout. Approx. 4.5 km to Tønsberg city center, and only a kilometer to Tolvsrød city center. Lots of amenities nearby - 4 grocery stores, several gyms, spa and wellness, hairdresser, etc. Lived here for 5 nice years, and aim for 5 more. Close to the harbor with ferry to Hirtshals. Larvik train station approx.: 2 km. Good hiking areas in the nearby.
