The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Lilla Lyngabo is located with the forest in the back surrounded by lush fields and meadows. Through the large glass sections, you step straight out into nature, from both the bedroom and the kitchen. As the only unique guest, you can enjoy the tranquility and the beauty that surrounds Lilla Lyngabo. Despite the seclusion, it is only 2 km to the nearest golf course, 4 km to the sea and 10 km to central Halmstad and Tylösand. Haverdal Nature Reserve with Scandinavia's highest sand dune and beautiful hiking trails can be found on your way to the sea.

Through the gate from the garden there is close access to the river Lagan which is a popular spot for salmon fishing. The guesthouse is located on the back of our house and is equipped with a separate smaller kitchen with dining area, bathroom, living room part and sleeping areas for four. A smaller patio is available next to the property. Close to sea, lake, forest, ski resort and Bjärehalvön.

Approximately 10 km to central Halmstad. Kattegattsleden goes through Laxvik & on to Mellbystrand. The house is newly renovated & has 3 bedrooms & a total of 6 beds. Bright, fresh kitchen directly adjacent to the balcony. Parking for 3 cars. From the house, a bathing path goes down to the beach. 100 meters to Tennis court & playground.
