Swimming pool, tennis and golf courses, ice rink, theater, prehistoric village, mini golf course and parks within walking distance. Shops and eateries (supermarket, Chinese, snack bar, pizzeria, kebab, sushi) within a radius of 150 meters and 20 minutes walk to the center of Eindhoven. Free parking. Bicycles can also be stored inside. They are also available for rent.

Tegelijk zit je verrassend centraal: binnen 7 minuten loop je naar de bushalte, vanwaar je in 5 minuten op Strijp-S en in 10 minuten in het centrum of Eindhoven Airport bent. Er zijn ook fietsen beschikbaar om de omgeving te verkennen.

Welcome to our bright, spacious apartment, a 5-minute walk from the bustling center of Eindhoven. The apartment is built around a patio, allowing a lot of daylight to enter. With a private entrance, complete privacy and a fully equipped kitchen, we offer a warm, homey stay. Parking can be paid for in front of the door, outside the ring free of charge. Guest suite 10 min walking distance from the city center!

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a completely renovated and well-kept townhouse build in 1921. All privately yours. Toplocaties zoals Kleine Berg, Wilhelminaplein en Stratumseind zijn op zo’n 500 meter te bereiken.
