I stayed at the house for a weekend with my family. The house is very spacious, equipped with every comfort and very close to Bormio. Communication with hosts and co-hosts was easy and they provided us with great tips for dinner. Highly recommended

Really cozy house, well maintained, complete with everything you need. Large spaces, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and complete with everything you need; clean kitchen and well equipped with all the tools. Impeccable cleanliness, complete home and bathroom linens in excellent condition. Convenient parking under the accommodation. Quick and easy check-in. Very courteous and helpful host for any need. No negative notes to report. I highly recommend it.

We had a great week in this apartment. It is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the village, and Fondo surprised us with its welcoming atmosphere and the beauty of the surroundings. The area is ideal for those who love winter hiking, with breathtaking views and many trails. We had a really good time and hope to be back soon!

We had such a great time at this cozy ski lodge! The ski-in, ski-out access made everything super easy, even late into the season and allowed us more time out on the slopes. The apartment was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed - it truly felt like a home away from home. Huge thanks to marella for making this trip an unforgettable one. Very cozy house with large living room with kitchenette and two sofa beds (single); clean bathroom with shower and mezzanine with double bed. Traditional and cozy style, wonderful view of the 3Tre track. Convenient car park and heated area to store ski gear. The center can be reached on foot. Overall I had a great impression

This is our second time staying at Baita Lisa. The apartment is really very nice, well maintained and the Host shows great attention to detail. He made us find various treats for breakfast, water, milk, and even beer in the fridge. A few tablets were provided for the dishwasher. Shampoo and body wash samples were also left in the bathroom. Cinzia and her husband are extremely kind and friendly, we will definitely come back to them.

It is the perfect place for friends on a ski weekend and it has been a pleasure to stay. The host has been very welcoming and helpful since the booking and informed us of everything that could have been useful. I will definitely come back!

Tiziano and Luisa are super hosts! We had a very good time and will be back for sure. Ideal place to go on vacation with your dog. Super comfortable bed and clean, beautiful and tidy house. They also brought us the keys the night we were locked out, super kind!

Very nice hosts. Shouldn't be the rule, but we were even allowed to check in at 3am due to delays, which really saved our butt. The three of us arrived with a car, a trailer and 2 motorcycles. We were allowed to park these in the small but nice parking lot. Otherwise, we were treated very friendly, we got tips for tours and restaurants and on departure we were provided with some water again. The apartment was excellent, very nice bathroom and cozy kitchen with gas stove and good amenities.

Owners son very nicely showed us the place. A little hard to find after dark. Our cell service wasn't working so we couldn't get in touch with host. Nice kitchen tools. Beautiful space. Wonderful stone work.

The place is super nice and very clean. The backdrop and outdoor area are beautiful, you have a large pool with enough moorings, a hot tub & sauna for your own use. Fabio is very nice and helpful! In 10 minutes by car you are in Riva del Garda, so you have the proximity to the city and lake but still live in nature and quiet. We had our dog with us, it was great for him too! Great recommendation, we will be back! ☀️

Check-in with heart and perfect location For check-in, I was asked to the nearby campsite, where a friendly team welcomed me warmly and explained all the details uncomplicatedly. The place is really ideally located – close to the center, the lake as well as right on the bike path towards Arco. The place itself is clean, well laid out and especially convenient is the terrace – especially after sporting activities to be able to dry sweaty clothes comfortably. A heartfelt thank you to the team for the nice care and the pleasant stay!

Thank you so much. We had a fabulous week in Riva and loved the apartment. It was really clean, walking distance to the restaurants, lake, main town and all amenities. We all loved the swimming pool, especially the children and enjoyed the atmosphere of the apartment complex. We will definitely be back! Grazie mille!!

We chose the place for a few days of relaxation. Lake Tennes is super, 5 minutes' walk via a footpath (with steep stairs) directly behind the house or 3 minutes by MTB. Spent 2 days at the lake - including swimming and took a very nice MTB bike tour (Vespana Tour no. 740). Highly recommended - especially the stop at the San Pietro mountain hut. Dining options in the small village of Tenno are limited, but a few minutes by car you can reach nicer restaurants. The kitchen in the apartment is super equipped and we mostly took care of ourselves and enjoyed our food on the large terrace. Also very nice pool area - all around the grounds are much larger than you can see in the photos and in the description. We can only confirm the other positive reviews. Very nice apartment, clean and spacious and very nice hosts. There's even a way to charge the electric car right by the house.
